Every time I see her she answers all my questions and always puts my mind at ease. She is so gentle. My one grip with her is she is a little OCD, but I guess you'd want that in a dentist, she wants her work to be as flawless as possible so I can't really complain even though these are some long appointments! They told me to come back for another appt. Just to do the trays. I live far so it took me a bit to be able to go again- alot of COVID shutdowns and changing schedules. When I finally was able to go I called to confirm the appt I ended up by chance speaking Dr Boiano himself. He tells me that its been almost year since I did the whitening (9 months) and that I would have to pay another $100 or more because my teeth have shifted. He was irritated, rude, unprofessional and seemed overwhelmed. I tried to explain that I had no idea there was time limit- had I known I would've made it a priority- especially because me and my husband paid the $400 each to get this procedure done. He kept cutting me off and acting like it was unbelievable I didn't know this and yelling over me when I spoke. I canceled. Im ok with the policy and would've probably been willing to work something out, but I was so turned off by the way he spoke to me that I could imagine how he speaks to his employees and wanted nothing to do with it.

He pulled the tooth anyway. 2. The tooth was gone, but I had pain. I went back and asked for antibiotics. 3. The tooth continue to hurt. I was basically told there was not much they could do. 4. My neighbor was also a patient there. She mentioned me and about the pain I was dealing with. The audacity of the admin staff to discuss my situation with her. HIPAA?? I went to another dentist in the neighborhood. He sent me over to an oral surgeon. They had to drain the area and scrape it. I received more antibiotics. The pain was gone. Dr. Richardson was the worst dentist I have ever been to. I just found out that he left 365 Dental. I just hope he uses the Novocain like a dentist should.

This place is small but is very clean. They have a lot of accommodation for you. They offer headphones and tv while they work on your teeth. They actually read your registration form and any comments you put on it. I came here for cleaning and consultation. This is by far the least painful cleaning I had. The hygienist was thorough and handled my teeth with care. They also explained how to care for my teeth and made recommendations. The dentist was also very nice and informative. I go in and tell the dental assistant that I was unsatisfied with the cleaning, she said that he doesn't use cavitron on good looking teeth. That made no sense to me. I then told her that I didn't even get a scraping for the 6 years of build up on my teeth. It's impossible that they aren't dirty. I requested for White fillings instead of the silver and she said that my insurance probably doe not cover it, But she will ask the dentist to make sure. about 15 minutes later he comes in and tells me that if I want white fillings he would charge me 65 Dollars. I took off my bib and told him I would have to think about it. I immediately called my insurance and they told me that I was fully covered for white fillings. I briefly explained the incident to Dr. Tong and before he began the checkup, he made sure I was mentally ok before beginning. That compassion alone made me feel I made the right choice. Dr. Tong explained to me step by step his plans to resolve my issues and even included a few options I could take if I was uncomfortable with certain procedures. The office is incredibly relaxing. It felt more like a living room than a doctors office. His staff is AMAZING. The gentleman who prepped me made sure I was comfortable before calling the doctor in to start the consultation. After the consultation, one of the two front desk receptionists explained the game plan the doctor wrote for me flawlessly. The doctor also wrote me a prescription that would have to be filled by my "Unions" pharmacy so I wouldn't have to come out of pocket to pay for it. However, I didn't have all the contact information for my Unions pharmacy to get my prescription filled, but the 2nd receptionist did an amazing job and was able to obtain the info she needed to get my script filled at my unions pharmacy. I know this was a long review, but truth be told, Customer Service has taken a hit after the CV19 Pandemic, so It was a wonderful experience to step into this office where everyone was on the same page, soft spoken and attentive and didn't treat you like a number.
