Appointments are easy and flexible because the front desk is amazing. They are friendly and will work with you if you have an emergency. You never feel like they do not care. Dr. Abraham is great with kids - funny and personable and gives out great swag gifts to warm the kids up. Very little wait time if any because they staff and assign appointments properly. This is so important for parents with no time and kids who play competitive sports! Price is reasonable and everything is upfront. The price is the price as long as you do your part. They do not charge you for things along the way that I've read about some other orthodontists doing. 10/10 would recommend. They made our experience as stress free as it can be.

Dr. Abraham is a perfectionist in the best way. He truly cares about every patient, remembers names and details, and makes each visit personal and positive. My son had Invisalign instead of braces, and it was the perfect choice thanks to Dr. Abraham's expert care. He wore the aligners for about a year with regular visits, then a retainer for another year, and now only checks in as needed. She came up with a treatment plan. I was scared and upset when I first came in because I was told I needed a ton of work, she not only put my mind at ease but saved me thousands. Every time I see her she answers all my questions and always puts my mind at ease. She is so gentle. My one grip with her is she is a little OCD, but I guess you'd want that in a dentist, she wants her work to be as flawless as possible so I can't really complain even though these are some long appointments! But she will keep you entertained :)

The braces came off, and her teeth look beautiful. There was a clear plan on how to manage the braces. The front desk managers accommodated me every single time my daughter needed to come in. If there was an emergency, (my daughter tended to touch the braces) she was kindly welcomed in that very day. I will also add, that the office is managed so well that we hardly ever had any wait time. I have yet to experience this with any other doctor I've seen in any practice. It is clear that these orthodontists care about kids, listen to them and make the process of wearing braces less stressful and more comfortable. She just had X-rays in August but we could not reach our dentist to provide them on such short notice. They just kept saying it's covered. She has perfect teeth, not 1 cavity and Cindy the hygienist concurred, but the office manager insisted she get X-rays. She had already had the cleaning. They said it was a HIPPA violation if they didn't take the X-rays. This policy should be disclosed prior to treatment and we would have cancelled the appointment. The office manager was very aggressive. I told her not to take the X-rays on the phone, but then they basically held my daughter hostage until she agreed. Do not subject yourself to this predatory practice. Imagine what they'll charge you if you actually need work done!
