Doctor Chan-Ly is super nice. The staff is likewise very courteous and professional. The office is spacious and immaculate. It also has what appears to be the top of the line, latest, and newest technology. It makes for easier, more efficient visits. It makes all other dental offices I've ever visited look old, cramped, dirty, and outdated. Both our girls got their braces with Doctor Chan-Ly, and we couldn't be happier. Front Desk: Helpful, Cheerful and Amazing Environment: Clean, bright and has a great view from the 2ndfloor. Parking was free and ample even on a Saturday. Ease of Appointment: Called for an initial inquiry and was led step by step to finalize an appointment. Although I was ready to pay out of pocket, Rahema was able to check into my insurance and found out there was going to be a discount/copay from my insurance. Paperwork: Straightforward and no nonsense. Follow-up- Immediate. A phone call by the doctor was made a couple hours after the tooth extraction to check in on the patient. ----------------- The actual experience------- Upon arrival, paperwork was filled out and the doctor was able to see my daughter immediately for a tooth extraction. Bedside manner of the doctor was excellent. Transition of the procedure was smooth. Additional paperwork for maintenance was given. A cute tooth holder was given to my daughter as well as additional supplies. Later that evening, the doctor called to check in to see how she was doing. The office was very modern and even had iPads while the kids wait. Although one out of two was broken, it didn't matter because we barely waited 10 min. There were adorable little touches everywhere - you'll see what I mean if you go there! More importantly, Dr. Chan-Ly was very patient and thorough in her examination and explanations. She noticed something about my daughter's teeth that another orthodontist we saw didn't mention at all. She suggested we take a panoramic to determine how our daughter's teeth were progressing since there was a problem noted in the previous year's panoramic and it was a great idea to do so because we could see that the problem was averted - thank God! The panoramic only cost $50, which is unbelievably inexpensive. When we left, they gave my kids very cute dentist goodie bags. They were brightly colored rectangular resealable cases that had a diagonal zipper that looked like a cute monster's mouth! Another plus is that they have a free parking lot! read more

I got a tooth extracted here back in April. I've been suffering from TMJD ever since. I haven't been able to open my mouth, still suffering and trying to regain normalcy. Suffering from slipped discs in the jaw. I wish the surgeon was more careful with me. I don't know how long I'm going to have to suffer with this, but it has put me into a huge depression as I just wanted a tooth pulled and to be done with fixing up my teeth, now I have to try and hopefully fix my jaw. The surgeon was very nice and all but I wish my extraction was handled much better. This wasn't suppose to happen. read more

Dr. Ly is a great pediatric dentist. She is thorough and efficient. Her staff is nice and office is very modern and clean.

I didn't think my recent visit to the dentist would result in my being so enthusiastic about it... the experience was awesome enough to warrant a five-star review. First off, their music was on-point, certainly the kind of music that I'd like to hear on a mundane Saturday morning whilst going through my myriad errands/appointments. Second, the dental assistant was extremely professional and provided great customer service. The dentist was also great and explained the results of my check-up very clearly and understandably. Next, the office itself was beautiful - clean, immaculate and not ominous at all. Lastly, the check-up room had a movable TV fixed to the ceiling programmed to Netflix and they let me watch whatever I wanted!!! I watched an episode of Friends and it was AWESOME. Seriously, this check-up didn't even feel like much of a chore because the experience itself was so pleasant. Definitely recommend coming here for routine check-ups. read more

Words just are insufficient when it comes the praise I wish to bestow on Dr Chan. For many years I went with out dental coverage and after having some serious tooth pain and loss I went to see her. She was able to save and restore teeth other practitioners simply wanted to extract. She spent a tremendous amount of time working on some of the restorations where others would have not for lack of skill or for the fact they are more interested inpatient volume rather than patient care. The office is immaculate, modern and the staff cordial and professional. I now live more than 100 miles away in CT and will continue to see her in spite of the distance its well worth the trip. Popped in with what turned out to be an impacted wisdom tooth on a holiday. After diagnosis, some calls revealed that there were no nearby oral surgeons open, Dr. Ly rolled up her proverbial sleeves and performed the extraction then and there herself, reliving my spouse of tremendous pain and discomfort. Facilities are modern and clean, staff is attentive and friendly. I can't believe I'm raving about a dentist, but for real, my now numerous experiences there have made me and mine enthusiastic about our dental care. read more

The practice at the location was formerly called Bayside Smiles and Dr. Chan-Ly did a wonderful job with the teeth of my 7yo who was initially very uncooperative and in much fear. She provided much sound judgement and care to preserve my son's teeth, taking into consideration my level of concern to avoid root canal procedure performed for my son's bad teeth. She is still at the practice but focused on orthodontic care. Unfortunately, my insurance is no longer accepted at the practice. Nevertheless, the facility is very well equipped to manage younger kids with Netflix screens in treatment rooms and take panoramic X-rays that offer a full view of all the teeth in one image. Only down side is that next door is a Tai Kwon Do and if you go during a certain time, when covid was not a concern and classes were in session, you can feel the walls and ground trembling. Nevertheless, I trust the judgement of the practice for necessary care of school age children. read more

I found Dr. Ly on google and decided to give her a try since the reviews were excellent. Let me say the reviews were not wrong. I felt so comfortable with her I didn't feel as though I was at the dentist and I am terrified of dentists. Dr. Ly explained everything to me during my consultation I left feeling enthusiastic about my next visit. Her office doesn't have that regular dental disinfectant smell which adds to my anxiety. Her dental room makes you feel comfortable plus she has Netflix on a flat screen tv to keep you pre occupied. I have to do some more work on my teeth and I shall write another review which I expect would be an excellent one. I recommend this dentist to anyone who is looking for quality service. read more
