Whoever is working at the front desk here was very rude and dismissive. My boyfriend has been going to this dental for years and this morning he was returning a call that he missed a minute later and the woman who answered said "how am I supposed to know who you are" with attitude. Not the first thing I would want to hear in the morning. He was taken a back and just said he would call later. Like how are you about to say that when you or maybe somebody else from that dental clinic called first and make it seem like my boyfriend's fault?? I would not come back here again. My kid had an endodontic surgery and silver crown on one of child molar about 6 months ago with the pediatric dentist. The other day, a huge inflammation was seen right below the silver crown. Noticing something was wrong, we visited another pediatric dentist. The new dentist took the x-ray and recommended that we take the tooth out because the silver crown was not sitting properly and likely had cavities inside. One the surgery was done, we noticed that the spacing between the crown and the teeth was so large that the food would get stuck, unable to be brushed, and leaving room for new cavities, not to mention that the old endodontic surgery was done improperly and developed further cavities (leading to inflammation). My kid is only 5 years old and was supposed to use the tooth for another 3-4 years before the adult tooth would come out. According to the new pediatric dentist we visited, it's likely that the old dentist didn't grind away the molar enough to put smaller crown to save time, but rather used bigger silver crown to save 10-15 minutes! Come dental dentists are always running against time and will never treat patients right. They look at patients as nothing but money. No doctor ethics. I have been a patient for couple years now and I have to say Dr. Yun is the kindest dentist I have met. He is always welcoming and providing me the best service. I was pretty tight with my budget so he would find a way to help me plan in fixing up my cavities and even getting a mouth guard. Currently I have moved to another state and I am so sad that I can't be receiving the same quality of treatment in my current new dental place. Also, the staff team is very on point in scheduling and contacting me ahead, via text or phone call. Rescheduling was always easy which I appreciate as someone whose schedule changes often. Come Dental has nothing but excellent service and excellent work. I received my cleaning from a superb hygienist and met with Dr. Yun, who explained everything very clearly for me. The receptionists were also very friendly and I did not have to wait at all. One thing in particular that I loved is that they were very upfront about the costs that I would incur if I were to undergo certain treatments. From my experience with other dental offices, I know most offices struggle to give exact costs for treatments and I have definitely been blindsided with additional payments from these offices after going through treatment with a different understanding of how much I would be paying. I had a fractured crown and needed root canal with a new crowned tooth. Dr. Yun did a fantastic job. He always explains all the details and procedures step by step, with very friendly smile. My experience with this dental office was utterly unsatisfactory and beyond disappointing. The dentist doesn't spend enough time with you and is always in a rush. And the office is always backed-up and the usual wait time is longer than 20 minutes with an appointment. The front desk person is ignorant and doesn't know what he is talking about. took my 5 year old on a weekday, the receptionist didn't tell me the pediatric dentist was not there. His back tooth was hurting. My child was fine when asked to open his mouth, but got startled when he go poked in one of his back teeth. The dentist and the assistant had a very ANNOYED look on their faces when my son started to cry. They were the most uncaring , unprofessional people in the dental field. I first went by a referral from a friend with a toothache and had such a great experience that I go there for regular checkup and treatments now.
