What a HUGE mistake it was. There was extremely long wait, and there was also a miscommunication between the dentists (Dr. Marks and Dr. Olga who is an associate). While I was there only for the preventative routine, Dr. Marks came in and out of the office while cleaning my teeth. The cleaning itself was VERY ROUGH and aggressive without any care. The whole procedure took less than 3 minutes. I've visited many dentist offices, but never have I ever had this type of a unfair treatment. There are many fake reviews out there in Yelp these days, but please read this one review and be mindful whom you choose as your dentist, even for something simple as a dental cleaning!

The geniuses at Tavormina Dentistry, that's who! I had an appointment the day before my birthday this year and as I was getting out of the chair to leave I see the entire staff walking towards me with candles in a cake singing me happy birthday!! That is just one of many examples of this office going above and beyond to make sure you feel recognized and appreciated as their patient, which comes through in everything they do! Even more importantly, Dr. Tavormina's work is impeccable. In my experience, impeccable dentistry is usually accompanied by an exceptional ego and poor people skills, but Dr. Vincent Tavormina really breaks the mold here. I went for Lumineers…read more Zadik looked in my mouth and said he could see decay under 3 large silver fillings and first needed to remove those fillings and redo them with white composite @$1775 per tooth. No professional including my son who's a pediatric dentist had ever told me there was decay under these fillings. Zadik also forgot to mention that replacing the silver fillings required caps for an additional $2500 each. I'm just writing this now because I saw my regular dentist in Florida yesterday who did a complete exam with a full set of x rays. He assured me there is no decay in my mouth. So I wouldn't even refer to Zadik as Dr. This man should be in jail for attempted robbery. This makes my son really angry because this kind of practitioner gives the profession a black eye. I wonder how many of the people who gave this guy high marks had unnecessary expensive painful procedures that were fabricated.

I never spend my time writing reviews, but for this I just had to take the time and give credit where it's due. Once you visit, your fear of the dentist will be gone! I've never met such a nice group of people. The Denist was definitely an expert. He fixed the pain and saved my tooth. The assistant Rosie, made me feel so comfortable, as did the dentist, checking often that I was okay during the procedure. Knowing my comfort was their concern right off the bat was relieving, and I felt so relaxed the whole time. Let's not forget, The sweetest coordinator at the front desk who scheduled my appointment was sooo nice on the phone even after I rescheduled twice! She worked with me to find the right day and time and was very flexible with finding a spot for me even with my busy schedule. SO NICE!
