The extraction went fine, though pricey, but the dentist was running late for the fillings so could only do one. Upon checking out, the price had gone up by more than $100 and I protested. Well, she had to talk with her manager. Came back and said, yes, we will honor the $350 originally stated, but the remaining 3 teeth will be $480 each. BTW, these were all small cavities. Next, they took the partial denture and added a tooth for the tooth they extracted, but it didn't match and wasn't even with the other teeth. More importantly, they also added one thick glob of acrylic that had to be an accident, that completely ruined the partial, which formerly had fit like a glove. it is now ruined beyond repair. The glob takes away the fit. The dentist put it in my mouth before I looked at it, and it was very loose and ill fitting. Once home, I saw the partial and couldn't believe the dentist put it in my mouth instead of sending it back to the lab immediately. it cost $571 for them to ruin my partial. I would never go back to this corporate dental practice Nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

The xray tech made me remove screw-in earrings but bc it was too hard to remove the other one, she said I can keep one in, making me believe I could've kept both in. His assistant Lori ignored my voicemail requesting an emergency appt. Also I called and requested an email of my visit summary to give to my job and they said they'd call back but never did and never sent the email. Also, Paying for services should not be required up front and payment options or payment schedules should be available or atleast a warning if the cost of services because with more time I would've paid for the bone graft. I was recommended by someone and I was disappointed. Waited over a month for this appt just to leave in literal tears from the treatment. I only gave a 2 bc it was quicker than I expected. Please do better.

All 5 teeth took about an hour. I felt as if I just went under anesthesia and I was coming out of it. It literally felt like I was out for 15 minutes. I do have to go back for some cavities to be fixed after I fully heal up. So 2 more appointments for me. I must say that is has been the EASIEST and most COMFORTABLE experience I've had with a dentist in my entire life! The whole process went smoothly. The office staff is amazing, they really try to work with you on appointments and getting you in ASAP when you really need it. They really do care for their patients and are gentle. I am not a fan of the chapstick however. But their stress balls, top notch. Their dental rooms are quite comfortable, love the fact that they make you as comfortable as can be with blankets and your choice of tv to watch. They let you rest after surgery for as long as you need to. They don't rush you. They provide you complimentary drinks (even if you can't have them, they're there for your rides to enjoy). Best dental facilities I have ever been to! I will continue to come here for all of my dental needs. Thank you!

My new dentist even had to personally call their office to request my records, yet not all of them were sent. Despite submitting two separate release forms, I still haven't received confirmation that my complete dental and medical records -- from the start of my care through the present -- have been transferred. The lack of organization and follow-through is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. All I want is for my full records to be sent to my new provider without further delay. I hope the office addresses these serious communication and record-handling issues so other patients don't go through the same situation. I've been coming here since Dr. Fox was with the practice, and over time, I've seen the office's professionalism and atmosphere steadily decline. Very disappointed here.

I am convinced this place is an insurance scam office…read more First of all, the dentist who was originally seeing me was very nice and I originally liked her but suddenly started cancelling my appointments when I was in pain. I had extreme tooth pain and needed fillings and she had cancelled emergency appointments with me for over a month straight. Finally, the receptionist schedules me with a male dentist because she stated that my original dentist was not there and was unable to see me. The interesting part? When I was exiting the exam room I ran into the dentist who supposedly wasn't in due to a "family emergency" for the last month and she wouldn't even look at me. When I said hello, she barely smiled at me and scurried away. Weird. The reason I assume that I am suspicious that they are insurance scammers is that every time I had a cavity or was seen for tooth pain (this case included), they recommended a crown. First crown was covered by my insurance. Okay. No problem. Tooth pain gone so no big deal. Filling came out about three months later while chewing a starburst and my wisdom tooth beside it was extremely painful and sensitive to hot and cold. They insisted on work that was unecessary and recommended crowning two teeth back to back. Over 5,000 dollars of work my insurance would not cover. I decided to seek a second opinion at the smilist in middle island with Doctor Kaminsky. He took X-rays and didn't understand why ANY of that was recommended at all. He ended up sending me to an oral surgeon to remove the wisdom tooth as my only other option was a root canal and I did not want that. He was very accommodating and his oral surgeon he sent me to was incredible. He filled the tooth the same day I saw him before I saw the surgeon the following week and he is now my primary dentist. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
