The associates were in the back talking the entire time, so I decided they clearly did not need my money because of the poor attitude and selection. I ventured next door to Ralph Lauren, a store 4x as large with a great selection. Immediately, I was greeted by a wonderful sales associate who fetched me a Pellegrino to sip while I shopped, as well as a slew of additional sizes and styles throughout the night. As a testament to their top-notch customer service and selection, I left there with gifts for my brother, along with many unanticipated presents for my husband and hundreds of additional dollars spent. She called the Bay Plaza store to put aside a pair of boots for me to pick up. I went to the Bay Plaza store the following night to pick up the boots and everything went smooth. Another nice associate as well. I just let him know I was picking up a pair of boots that were put aside for me, gave him my name, and they were right behind the counter. He asked me if I wanted to sign up for a rewards card. After having a positive experience at both stores, I thought that would be a good idea. I'll be going back for a pair of sneakers soon. The Bay Plaza store was also clean and had a nice selection of boots and sneakers.
