For my senior prom, I went here to get my tuxedo and I wanted it to be perfect. To ensure I got everything right, I asked Mr.Zemo if I could try on a couple different jackets and shirts. Every single time I asked for a new one, he groaned and acted like it was so physically taxing to take a jacket off the rack. Isn't that your job? Why should you make the customer feel badly for wanting to try on other options? At one point he even said to me, "the faster you try on the jacket the faster you get out of my store". Dude, I understand acting a bit offensive as part of a gag, but Mr.Zemo continuously crossed the line as it got to a point where I genuinely felt like he didn't want my business. I kept my composure throughout the entire experience which was hard because he was getting on my nerves, and I made sure I was respectful, but I was just interrupted with "WHAT?" Or some other bitterness. The quality of the tux itself was good, aside from some broken buttons on the shirt sleeve. In my opinion, I just regret giving this business my money because Mr. Zemo does NOT deserve it. Go to someone who is kind and willing to help rather than an old man who complains at every given opportunity.

When I approached them for assistance, they refused to assist me and then suggested I buy a new shirt if I wanted to. They didn't even think about how I could be a returning patron and could purchase more in the future. You can see from the picture that this is a quality issue. I expect a much higher level of quality and service when shopping at a store like this. When I initially bought my suit from them, after tailoring, it took me three return visits to have it fit correctly. If I were you, I would seriously be worried when shopping at this store. The .com department will not even discuss returns after the 30 day return policy, they send you to the store who says that online is your only recourse, what a dismal customer service experience. Since when did Saks become such a horrible place to do business with. There are other high end stores, hello Neiman Marcus, that will get our business from now on.
