Just had the most ridiculous retail experience ever in the Yonkers location!!! So my mom just tried…read moreto exchange a few items worth about $15 because they did not fit....she had her receipt and planned to use the credit towards another purchase...she was told she could only exchange it for the same item different color or size. I explained the item did not fit, it was the largest size in store and asked if she could use the credit towards another purchase but the manager refused because the receipt was passed the return date by 7 days. I explained my mother is a senior citizen,does not drive, and relies on a ride to shop, yet the manager still refused. I found this to be ridiculous, my mother WAS NOT returning the items to get her money back, she just wanted to exchange for credit towards items that fit her. #Aeropostle #Aero #Aeropostleyonkers

I've visited this location once on a whim to see what they had to offer…read more 1) Great Prices, 2) Courtesy Staff, 3) Cute Clothes..need I say more?! I tried on some black slacks that fit perfectly - but one of the belt loops in the back was not sewed on properly and coming off. I showed that to the cashier and she took $2 off the already low price. I didn't have to argue my case or complain of poor craftsmanship (anything for a better deal right? lol) The quality isn't exactly 100% on some of the jeans but they fit well. This store reminded me of a cheaper version of forever 21 in a way. I will definitely be going back after payday!
