Most of the items have really good cheap price, under $10, that makes it a popular spot for the young crowd. The aisles are slim, gets difficult to walk around when it's busy in the store. Over the years we have bought different items from the store like kitchen storage box, stationary items, kid's items. For the price, all of those items lasted longer than I expected. Staff members remain occupied at checkout register most of the time, but sometimes they also stroll through the store to tidy up things.

My husband needed to return clothes that he had purchased online. He was directed to return them in person at one of their stores. This is where we learned that there is a difference between Gap and Gap Factory. So after a failed attempt to return at Gap Factory, I offered to return them for him since I would be close to Gap in Wayne. He had 4 items to return from 3 separate shipping orders. The cashier was super friendly and efficient with helping me with these clothing returns. She processed them quickly and clearly communicated the fund total that would be returned to what card. I also noticed all the associates working that day being very helpful and professional. Great customer service here. This store has two entrances - one from inside the mall and the other from the street/parking lot. This location is undergoing a store refresh, but I thought it was still organized, tidy, and well visually merchandised. It has inventory from the Gap, Baby Gap, and Gap Kids lines.

I needed to replenish my stock and came to this location to select from their wide selection of inventory, but low and behold this store #81490 only has "Stress Relief" out of the entire aromatherapy body wash product line as they were temporary sold out of other scents from the line aromatherapy body wash line. Eucalyptus for "Stress Relief" helps relaxes my anxiety from the daily grind of my Sisyphean Task. It was exactly what I needed but I hoped to purchase two (2) bottles and the other was the "Sleep." I need a mental health detox and aromatherapy enables me. Customer service was average as I had to flag for assistance to locate their aromatherapy body wash product inventory within this retail store space. I was not greeted nor inquired if I required assistance upon entrance, ergo three Yelp stars. Staff appears disgruntled who work methodically and robotically with a melancholy spirit.
