We had some issues with a delivery that was scheduled this past weekend for a painting we had…read morepurchased. Everything was set up and it was to be delivered that evening. I even got an email confirmation. No one showed up. When I tried to contact the delivery company to find out if they were late or anything I was left on hold for over 30 min with no one answering. I sent an email as well. No answer until Monday morning for which I received a response that the email I was given to contact was in fact, incorrect. My husband went to the store to get a refund as no one could tell us where our item was or when it would be delivered and then because he paid Apple Pay, they said the cards didn't match. It was his card. He had to make two round trips to get a refund when he should have been asked to just insert his card he paid with to get a refund. Not only that, nothing was done to rectify the situation. No one ever responded to find out why we didn't receive our delivery until Monday morning someone finally called me after we spent the afternoon Sunday trying to cancel and get a refund. The whole situation was a disaster. It's a shame as we have loved shopping at HomeGoods but after this disaster and a huge waste of our time (between wasting our time waiting for a delivery that never came and no one to get in contact with, to the mistake made at cashwrap where we had to return twice when we should have only had to go in once), I don't think I'll go back. Don't get delivery from this place. Nothing was done to even care about our experience either. Such a waste of my time from start to finish.

Carvel ice cream and a deli. Home goods and dsw are there too. Some stores have closed models and pier one. As well as the pet store that was there. Leaping lizards use to be there too. There is a lot of parking. Jembro and staples are in the back area along with a store that sells appliances "Tripoli." Rumor has it that a target or Walmart is coming here. And jembro is moving to front. I can't wait to find out which one.

The store is poorly designed, as there is an entire basement floor that one would never know existed unless you go to the very back of the store and see the nondescript elevator or go to the bra section and see the escalators. I've been to this store three times and never knew that there was a basement with shoes and electronics and home goods. Retail seems to be a dying breed and the heyday of Kohls seems long gone, but I really appreciate being able to try on clothes at this store and not have to worry about returns online.
