I was originally referred to The Glass Room a few months ago by another local store who didn't have the replacement piece I needed. The store is convenient to find and very clean. Ask for Dot! She was so helpful. She's by far one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever spoken to in any kind of store like this and she provided amazing customer service helping to special order a few items. I bought a $400 dress that ripped after two wearings. It was a summer dress and didn't realize it was ripped until I pulled it out to wear in summer 2024. I brought in and they told me too bad, too late??? It was over a year. Suggested I call the company yourself. This wasn't some cheap dress. They should stand behind their merchandise. I have spent at least $ 5,000 between their Rye and Mt Kisco stores and expected to be treated like a valued customer. Did I expect a 400 credit? No. But at least something to recognize the dress was and defective and acknowledge my business. Some kind of credit. I will never shop here again. Be warned.

Literally acting like I was invisible. I have never been treated so poorly FOR NO REASON. I understand retail is hard but that was completely uncalled for and unwarranted.
