You might have to dig through somethings, but it's not too bad. The place is well kept and the people who manage it (I think they are all volunteers from the church?) work hard to keep the place in order. There is flow to the merchandise, with areas broken up by department. New donations are coming in on a regular basis. Every time I go, which is often, I see new donations being dropped off or being sorted and priced. The staff/volunteers are always so pleasant. It's a pleasure to shop here. It's never too crowded with customers, but there is regular customer traffic that keeps the store moderately busy. Prices are fair and around Christmas, they set up a room with Christmas specific/inspired merchandise. Kudos to Red Door!

I've purchased from them before and will NEVER shop here again if they insist on treating in customers so poorly and instilling such rigid, money-grubbing policies that seem to punish the very customers patronizing their business.
