When they didn't have the style I wanted in my size, I was told they could have it over in a day. In the interim he showed me a number of other styles they did have based on my stated preferences. In the end I walked out with a buffalo hide jacket I really liked for about $230 if I remember right. I'd check them out if you're in the market for a jacket. They seem to know their stuff and have a decent variety of styles and sizes.
