Unfortunately, they didn't have the specific type of shoe I needed, but whenever I've come here to shop for clothes, jewelry, sunglasses, or skincare products, I've found high-quality items and brands at very good prices. However this inside of this location seemed a bit disorganized as there were boxes and bags everywhere. Also I've noticed these discount stores seem to allow everyone to bring their dogs in. I am a huge dog lover but your barking out of control doodle which is clearly not a trained service dog has zero business being in a store. There are ample amounts of clothes and shoes and accessories but it does take some time to sift through what you are looking for. I would say 60/40 of the store has a good deal if you are knowing where to look.

He measured Jeff's foot and explained that depending on the last used to make the shoe he could fit a range of sizes. Jeff was allowed to pull shoes down and try them on. From his experiences at other Allen Edmonds locations, they locate shoes for you and you don't really get to take your time. Fortunately, he found a pair of shoes he loved, and left with a list of sizes and lasts for future purchases.

They have athletic clothing, shoes and accessories for men, women and kids. I use this location a lot for my online order returns. On weekdays lines are shorter. But on weekends and holiday season, lines get crazy long. They keep lots of counters open to checkout customers as fast as possible. Lots of associates are on the floor to keep the store tidy and help customers. Often I like to stroll in the store to check out some of the new inventories. But I haven't shopped from here much, usually I don't find the size or quality I look for Nike products.

Unfortunately, what we hoped would be a supportive, personalized experience turned into an overwhelming, high-pressure sales operation that left us feeling more like sales targets than valued customers. From the moment we walked in, we were bombarded--literally four people greeted us at once, creating confusion rather than a warm welcome. No one clearly explained the process. Eventually, we were directed to sit and wait, then each paired with different salespeople. While both associates initially listened to our needs, the evaluation process was vague and unexplained. We were asked to stand on a scanning device--no one told us why. Then we were shown results on a screen, again with minimal context. It all felt like a performance rather than a personalized fitting. Things got increasingly uncomfortable when we were ushered to yet another station for custom inserts--without asking if we wanted them. When I expressed hesitation, I was told not to worry, that "everyone does it" and "you don't have to buy them." Yet suddenly we're trying on shoes with those inserts, and the pressure to buy them escalated quickly. At one point, my original salesperson vanished without a word and was replaced by someone else--no explanation given. This second person ramped up the hard sell with fist bumps, winks, and patronizing comments when I hesitated over how a shoe looked. Suddenly, a new pair appeared that was "more my style," and I was told, "I got your back." It felt manipulative. The kicker? The two salespeople actually fist-bumped and celebrated the sale in front of us--before we even agreed to anything. When we were finally brought to the counter, the pricing was still not clearly explained. Yet another person began upselling us on their VIP membership without telling us how much anything cost. To make things even more impersonal, a corporate rep from California was chatting with the staff as they were helping us--like we weren't even there. By the end, I did walk out with a pair of shoes that feels good on my feet (and that I like the look of, finally). But the process was so dehumanizing that I felt emotionally steamrolled. My husband had to order his sneakers online and is already planning to return them and let the store know exactly how he feels. We didn't feel served--we felt sold to. The aggressive tactics, the rotating cast of salespeople, the lack of transparency about pricing, and the overall vibe made it clear: this store prioritizes high-dollar transactions over human connection. We won't be back. And I sincerely hope others read this before walking in. Your feet may feel better, but your spirit might take a hit.

Usually there are sales going on since it's in an outlet mall. Prices are decent and comparable to its website prices. I went to the store to make a return. Had to make sure I had my card, they cannot process return without it. I had to wait about 10 minutes until the customer in front of me was done, since they had only one register. But the associate very friendly. She proceeded my return quickly and explained all the timelines of getting my money back. Overall it was a good visit to the store.

The discounts are real here, I have seen prices up to 75% reduced on some of the Nike and Adidas shorts. But the quality of products were not impressive to me. I saw some shorts that had holes in them. So much stuffs are shoved together in apparel sections, it is difficult to check them properly. Overall the store is clean and lots of associates are around to help. Checkout lanes are short and move fast.
