I said I'd return the jacket and repurchase, and they refused that as well. I've purchased from them before and will NEVER shop here again if they insist on treating in customers so poorly and instilling such rigid, money-grubbing policies that seem to punish the very customers patronizing their business. Same thing happened to me. I asked where there was a bank to take out money and they said, I could go check in town. I then had to purchase a bunch of junk while they took their sweet time price checking each item since nothing has price tags. You guys are a bunch of jerky dinosaurs, get with the times, I can buy a 1.00 coffee with a card anywhere. You clearly try to up sell and take advantage of travelers since you are the only car parts in the area. I do not recommend buying from them. One day you will discover yelp and the Internet and have all your friends write good reviews to cover this up, but at the end of the day, being a jerky dinosaur will get you jerky dinosaur customers who don't have internets.
