I didn't love anything enough during this trip to buy it, but I did really like the dress that the cashier (possibly owner?) had on. After browsing in here multiple times over the last few years, it seems to be the owner's decision to cater to tiny people, or else perhaps they bring in very few pieces in a true and ample 12 which sell out very fast. Yes, there were some seasonal ponchos today that would fit any size/ any height and separate tops that would work for multiple heights so long as you have thin arms and a minimal bust. Interestingly the one sales lady working today was trying hard to convince a 5 ft tall customer that the poncho was "perfect for her if she would drape it differently" and a bit of creative styling ensued. No, in truth it looked awful on this petite woman like she was trying to get out from under a big blanket. Well the customer had enough common sense to follow her instincts "this is not for me", despite urges from the saleslady to the contrary. I suspect the saleslady sensed big sale potential as many things were being tried on and talked about for Ms petite and her adult daughter as gifts. I however, was completely ignored. Meanwhile, I poked around on my own, never once asked what I was looking for, while the declassee gum-chomping saleslady catered exclusively to the other woman. While I was approached for her to take the two items I found into the dressing room, she never inquired how I was doing and even in my departing "good-bye, didn't stop talking to the other woman or bother to thank me for stopping in. Parking: I parked behind the building where the strong stench of rotted garbage permeates the air from over-filled and uncovered garbage dumpsters. Has Briarcliff no sanitation codes?

When I was checking out I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Andreas and had a great conversation with him. The owner, Ellen, is so helpful and knows every product and brand. I have purchased numerous items - Prada shoes, a Goyard purse, Chanel purse, Michael Kors purse, Balenciaga purse, and countless beautiful clothes. They are all brand new or close to it (literally cannot tell they've been worn/used) and I always get compliments because a lot of the pieces are so unique. She gets new stuff all the time which is great - every time I go there I always leave with something. The online store now is great too since I moved so I can shop from afar. Levi's is all about the fit which I love. Came to The Westchester Christmas Eve '21 to use an old (very old) gift card and was told it's so old the barcode numbers changed from like 16 to what they're now- 20 (or something like that). Old. I was helped by one swift gentleman who got customer service on the phone and I was emailed a link for a brand spanking new Levi's $40 e-gift card in like 2 days. Thank you again. I'm excited that The Westchester has its own Levi's Store. It's nowhere near as big as the old NYC Levi's Store on 59th (remember that one?), but these folks carry their own weight just fine. On top of that, there's a tailor who can change those tiny, right-side red tabs on the back, change thread color for hems and even change the metal buttons. Levi's has been part of my wardrobe staple for the last 15 yrs that I can't live without. Levi's are durable and for me, it's worth investing in some long-lasting, quality pieces that I can dress up or dress down. The fact that the Levi's Store is here, I'm a fan!
