Many were full price but I suspect most men who need these options would pay more over wearing attire that causes them to resemble the incredible hulk's pieces. I had arranged for the suit to be picked up at a location in Florida because I was attending a wedding. Fast-forward to the day that I went to pick up my suit not only did they have the wrong shoes listed, but they did not add the tie that I had requested on the order form. Thankfully, at least the store had the right shoes. But we had to spend additional time picking out a new tie. After much back-and-forth, the location decided to give us the tie that we had selected for the inconvenience. What should have been a 20 minute visit to pick up a suit and tie turned into about an hour ordeal because things weren't written down properly and or missed.

She didn't even say hi had an ugly attitude and was the most unhelpful employee ever. If you have an attitude like that, don't work. my mom and I came up and we asked her why the item had two different prices being the same exact thing she didn't know we asked if she can call the manager and to her face we told her she was rude and she goes I don't appreciate that, too bad, how about treat your customers with respect? Both of them refused to give their name no surprise there don't go to this location unless you want to be met with ugly attitude people.

I've been shopping at this store for years and they experience has always been great. It seems to…read morebe a busy store but they juggle the customers well, while also being patient. I've taken my 80 year old mother in and they were beyond patient with her, the only negative was the fitting for her was WAY OFF! It caused a slow down in fitting because the size was way too small so everything hurt her feet until we found the correct size and shoe. Numerous times I've been lucky enough to be helped by Noel and he's always so polite and efficient. He offers suggestions and is able to bring out multiple shoes at once. He will walk away but check back allowing for me to try on shoes at my pace and not feel rushed. He's truly an asset and appears to lead by example for his fellow co-workers. The return policy and VIP program are definitely worth it. It's hard to grasp it at first but in the end, it's worth the price for the rewards. I've returned shoes and socks within the 90 day window and it's the easiest process and no questions are ever asked. Today there was an error on my receipt that I noticed after checkout. I called Noel to talk about it and it appears to be a computer issue that I need to fix with the corporate office. He gave me the corporate phone number and his email just in case I need further assistance after I call corporate. I've always received great customer and will for sure continue to shop at this store.

They were busy and the greeter informed me that it might be a while since we were getting the running evaluation. As we were waiting, we were not sure how long it was going to take so we decided to just buy a pair of shoes and so an evaluation some other time. We went looking for the person that greeted us and she said she still couldn't help as she is not authorized to ring someone up. So I asked, "I just want to buy shoes, so I have to wait until they are done with their customers? She said yes. I walked up to a guy and asked, can you just ring me up? He stated, "I'm going to ring up this customer and you will have to wait until one of the associates are done as I have 3 other customers. So, I just walked out and they didn't get a sale. What that associate could have done was - "I can ring you up after I ring up this customer!" I wish they had someone hat can just ring up customers that just want to buy and go. I was not going to wait for who knows how long just to buy a shoe. I won't go to this location anymore and just order online since I have a discount with my membership. I will weigh my options with other running stores when my membership is up.

I just want nice looking jeans, button down shirts, and 1/2 zip and hoodie sweatshirts to fit right. For awhile, some stores had good clothing for plus size people. Kohl's carried a couple brands that were stylish and fit well, but then they stopped carrying them only to re-introduce those same brands with ill-fitting plus size options. Marshall Field's had a few items which became Macy's, and they had fewer still. The Winston Box, a monthly subscription mail order service boasts a way to find great options for any plus size and truthfully, they never sent items that fit well. However, DXL (a.k.a. Destination XL) has always had options that work well with my body type. I'm a Polo fan and not a big fan or their house brand, Harbor Bay. With that being said, Harbor Bay's t-shirts and jackets are awesome and fit great. DXL always has new options and brings in new brands that offer nice options such as Vineyard Vines, Psycho Bunny, Robert Graham, and more. Lately, I love the Lucky Brand jeans as they fit so well, and recently purchased the softest, most comfortable Vineyard Vines hoodie (actually, wearing both the hoodie and jeans right now). Plus, DXL offers workout closes, casual clothes, dress clothes, suits, shoes, and accessories. Lastly, the Vernon Hills location (close to me) has such a wonderful staff. Over the years, their staff has changed, but they are very friendly and always offer to help you find what you're looking for or are happy to remains hands off and let you do your own shopping. And they remember you whether you frequent them often or your visits are limited to a few times a year. I hardly visit any other store and if they don't have something in their store, they are happy to reach out to other locations to help you find your size and color you desire. I love this place!

Or Shaw's. and the half-priced dress shirts I can only hope they brought in to sell full-priced shirts because they were laugh out loud funny. Like purple and black cross , really large squares, odd colors. it did a disservice to have them in the store. some one might buy them. Talbots and Brookes Brothers have a good name because you can buy anything the sell. Here, some clothes are dangerous like buying at target or walmart. I might go back. a bit meh, but I left with what I needed, but at at 150% of what I expected.
