I first met Lee at an event and bought some of his great bow ties. Very imaginative fabric patterns and well made. From there I purchased two custom shirts and drove him slightly crazy with my spreadsheets of options so we could quickly make more shirts. They are fantastic and all the little details make me feel special. I just worked with him on a sports coat. He came to my home and measured me up and we chose all the fabric, inside fabric, thread, button and other details. Just picked it up and again, a great sportscoat. Everything is custom-fit and custom-made from the highest quality standard materials that I've ever seen. I love the process from start to finish. Going through the books and samples and picking out the materials and designs. Coming in for the fittings. And then eventually walking out with my new swag and then wearing it for the first time. Just as impressive is the customer service and pride they take in their work. I got exactly what I needed on a tight timeline. They offer a ton of options in regards to fabric, cut, and color. Be sure to get some custom shirts as well, they make all the difference. You pay for what you get so be prepared to spend a couple of bucks, but come on man, you deserve it.

I still don't have any of the items. At such premium prices, I would expect top notch service. Avoid this place - several other custom clothiers that are much better.

Best decision I could have made working with Zach and Kirsten throughout the process from the initial online form inquiry all the way until the final measurements, suit and custom shoe pickup. Kirsten's initial response laid out details about the first consultation, how the first fitting would work after that, an rough estimate of investment ranges and then what a second fitting would work after that. They are both incredibly detail oriented both when it comes to creating the perfect custom clothing but also when it comes to getting to know/care for their customers. Every time I had an appointment, it felt like walking in to meet with two friends or family members. They gave great suggestions in terms of designing the suit but ultimately left the decision up to me to make. They also kept things very simple for someone like myself who had never purchased custom clothing, which made me feel at ease in a situation where it could be very easy to feel intimidated. Another thing that I appreciated as well as that they kept me up to date on the timing of the arrival of my order and since I decided late to add on custom shoes, even give me a heads up before I made the purchase and again when the deadline for arrival was getting closer that they may not make it, so it gave me a chance to have a back up pair at the ready just in case. I went in like a lost little kid and Wale at Jojayden settled me down and assured me he would take great care of me and everything would be fine. When I say that things went well beyond 'fine' it is a true understatement. I have been married over a month now and I am still getting compliments on my custom tux and how awesome I looked in it. Every man at my wedding gave me the 'you DID this' nod as well as told me how original the tux was! My wife looks at our wedding photos and says over and over 'You was CLEAN!'.
