We had a situation where the vinyl floor we purchased from them began to "buckles" within 3 day of installation. We called Brian who came to our home within an hour of call to inspect the situation. Not once did my husband & I feel like we were going to be out of luck or made to feel like there was nothing they could do. Brian was very re-assuring that he would get to the bottom of the situation and he would make it right. A few days later more floors board started popping - he didn't hesitate to come back and take more pictures to send to the mfg. During this time he kept us informed every step of the way. Bottom line it was a product flaw. Brian worked with the mfg and insisted we not only receive a refund for the cost of the floor and installation but he also went to bat for us to be reimbursed for the time and material cost of baseboard my husband installed which had to be torn out. Given Brian's phenomenal service we chose to use Sierra Floors again (but selected flooring from a different mfg). The new floors are now installed and beautiful.
