I had a big fridge that couldn't fit into the smaller "built in place" where my previous fridge was. After I had explained the problem on the phone, Dave showed up about 90 minutes later. Having quickly fixed the problem, he rolled in the new fridge and now it perfectly slid into that "built in" opening in the wall. Now, he had done the job I asked him to do, right? However he saw that the fridge wasn't level, so he leveled it and rolled it back in. When it was rolled in again, it still wasn't perfectly leveled because inspecting the floor under the fridge he saw that it was slooping on 2 sides. We were able to find some extra flooring in my garage, by which he made the floor even. Now the fridge not only fit , but it is perfectly leveled, and so is my floor. Who would do something like this ?????? I am so thankful, amazed and impressed by his work ethics, and his high standard of doing things right. He is a true professional.

Years ago I had installed some woodpecker deterrent cables on my chimney. When we had the house painted a few years ago the painter took them down, and we hadn't had woodpeckers around so I just stored the cables in the garage. But this sprng the buggers came back.
