Their square footage popcorn ceiling removal pricing was fair and outbid other local offers. They were transparent that popcorn ceiling removal is a very messy job and it would require me to vacate the premises during their projected work schedule. Some of the drywall repair work required extra labor due to discovery of poor workmanship from previous companies but was priced accordingly. There was also a supplier issue with defective protective materials that caused them to miss deadlines. Despite setbacks, they aimed to complete the project to no additional cost due to supplier issues. There were significant messes left behind but we worked together in the cleanup effort. They made sure to return anything removed during their work back to their original spots after completion. We've also regrettably discovered some floor damages that most likely occurred during popcorn ceiling removal efforts, but apologies were made and the flooring was patched prior to payment. Overall, I am happy with their work and would recommend them.

I asked him to refer me to a good roofing company and he told me "call MEC"! Colin was very thorough, took his time, and gave me a detailed verbal report on his findings. He agreed that my top quality roof was in good shape overall after 17 years of sun and rain on my ranch. My roof vents are all screened with the 1/8 inch required screens, but I will have MEC's recommended installer screen my eaves as well for additional fire hardening..
