The rate is reasonable IF one moves about in a manner to which they had a mission to complete but I found his pace to be very slow and therefore only completed half of the jobs one with expertise could have easily completed in that time frame. Therefore I was left with unfinished projects, out considerable money and the projects he did tackle looked like it was done by a novice. The good: He brings his custom made trailer filled with handyman tools he needs for almost any job. He is dressed in a uniform and has a professional demeanor. The bad: Shoddy work overall. I hired him for 6 small projects and he didn't do any of them like an experienced handyman should. I don't recommend and I will not rehire.

If the job is urgent then hire a company that specializes in urgent repairs/renovations. The reviewers that have left negative comments obviously don't understand the definition of a "handyman". These were probably 30 feet of cord that we had wrapped and placed behind our TV to "hide" it. Needless to say, this only created a rats nest behind our tv. We called Nick to help us figure out some solutions. He quickly outlined the options, and helped us choose to make sure the wires weren't connected to anything and then capped them inside the walls. Working with Nick was a dream. He worked quickly, efficiently, and very thoughtfully. He's an electrician by trade but he's more than capable to handle any household fixes. It was mysterious because most of the outlets and lights in my office were out but the rest of the house was fine and we'd done all the obvious things like resetting the breakers etc. Dino quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the bad outlet (which was causing all 'downstream' outlets to go out, kind of like a string of Christmas lights).
