This was my second visit, and it definitely lived up to the first. On my first stop, I had the ham and Swiss panini with a cookie butter latte. The sandwich was grilled perfectly, crispy on the outside, melty and satisfying inside, and the latte was absolutely delicious. I was honestly bummed to learn the cookie butter latte was seasonal because it deserves a permanent spot on the menu. This time around, I tried the breakfast panini and added ham, along with an iced sugar cookie latte (another seasonal drink that was so good). The food was pleasant and comforting, and once again, the drink really stole the show. Overall, Llamas Corner nails the combo of great atmosphere, thoughtful food, and creative drinks. I'll definitely be back... just crossing my fingers that some of those seasonal lattes become regulars.

There are two kiosks where you order. I got the french toast matcha latte which was ready quickly. The matcha wasn't the best quality or wasn't prepared properly, imo. It tasted very soapy and the french toast flavor wasn't very noticeable. I've definitely had much better matcha in Baltimore and wouldn't recommend Llamas' if you're particular about your matcha. Maybe their coffee is better? I also noticed a section on the menu labeled "gluten free" but the only option listed was a bag of chips. Would be nice to see some other offerings for GF folks.

Despite the painful memories of how the relationship ended, I really enjoyed Urban Roast! The interior is very intimate and romantic and is perfect for anyone to have a date night (or ask someone to be your romantic partner!) I remember ordering a pulled pork sandwich and enjoying it. I believe my ex ordered brisket, and it wasn't really good. But the s'mores charcuterie board? That was incredible!

This was especially disappointing because it was meant to be a special evening -- I had taken my goddaughters out for a belated Galentine's celebration. I chose this restaurant hoping it would feel warm and memorable. Instead, we were shivering through dinner. The food was just okay -- and very overpriced for what you actually get. Service was the biggest issue. Our waitress took our order and then completely disappeared. We never saw her again. Someone else delivered the food, but after that, no one checked on our table. I needed black pepper for my Caesar salad and lemon wedges for my salmon, but despite repeatedly trying to flag down other servers, I was told I had to wait for "my server." Even after our plates were cleared, we waited another 30 minutes before I finally convinced someone else to bring the check -- since our waitress was nowhere to be found. Ironically, we did see her as we were walking out. In a surprisingly accusatory tone, she asked if we had paid. Between the freezing temperature, mediocre food, and nonexistent service, what should have been a sweet, celebratory evening turned into a frustrating experience. We won't be returning.

I could see this being a nice spot to go to on a regular basis just to grab a quick bite and vibe. I did not grab any food this time but I did order the caramel latte. Whenever I go to a coffee shop to order a drink, I am quickly reminded that I have no idea what I'm talking about. The lady helping me at the counter was so patient and helpful. I was going to try the Cherry Blossom latte but decided not to stray too much from what I'm used to. The iced caramel latte with oat milk was so good. It felt like I drunk it in two sips. I would definitely go back. I had a great experience.

The space feels intentional -- every corner has something worth noticing. Marco matched the space. He was attentive and helpful -- walked me through the hours, let me know when they do brunch, and even shared the best time to come. That kind of hospitality makes a difference. This is the kind of café you come back to. - Gabby | @forkandsmash | Real food. Real owners. Real stories.

White Magnolia Milk Tea - Floral without being perfumey or too sharp! Pretty good balance of tea to milk ratio and reminds me of molly tea. 4/5 Jasmine Milk Tea - honestly pretty good too. feels like a molly tea knock off with the menu offerings, cup designs and even flavor profile. its slightly too sharp but still good. 3.75/5 Da Hong Pao Milk Tea - the tea flavor is there but it doesn't mix as well as the magnolia or jasmine. I think they are better at more floral teas but this wasnt bad. 2/5 Banana Pudding Matcha - Banana flavor was not strong, it was not sweet when it should have definitely been more sweet and the flavors just didnt mix very well 0.5/5 Portugese Tart - pretty good but nothing too memorable 2.75/5

The tofu steam bun -- easily my favorite lunch item in the area -- really didn't work. It's still an interesting experience but I really can't recommend a place I now avoid. --- PROS - Interesting selection, interesting food, lots of options, overall friendly staff. - Bathrooms were clean. The interior of the restaurant seemed like a good meeting/date spot. Although they had Wifi, I wouldn't call this a great place to come and study or get work done, although I saw people doing that. I've had the Vietnamese coffee twice, the first time was great, the second time was just okay. Food items are very unique, so much so I didn't like some of them but I still enjoyed the experience. Try something that sounds weird, it's half the fun of coming in here. CONS * Allergies - it wasn't clear what all everything was made with so if you're trying to avoid gluten or peanuts or eggs, I didn't see much on ingredients. I know for some people that's a red flag. * The tea. We just thought it was above average but not amazing. I mean its right in the name, come on. * Collecting items - you gotta look for the little trays and the salad tongs. That's what you use to grab stuff out of the cases. I know for most people that was super obvious but it wasn't for me. * Summertime note: during the hotter months I've noticed they seem to have some issues with keeping things cool.
