Over 200$ wasted to get the bike "fixed." Edit: The owner contacted me and apologized on behalf of his employee, I appreciate the willingness to take customer concerns into account and fix issues. He also offered to fix the bike free of charge, which is honorable. I had already taken the bike to another shop before I was contacted, so I declined his offer. They are a DIY shop where bikers of all ages come to buy, donate and refurbish bikes. First time going I spent three hours working on a used Raleigh road bike. There is usually 2-3 staff members around and one will usually greet you. The trick here is to Quickly ask questions, find a spot to work at and be patient. The guy working admitted that he wasn't very experienced but together we fixed the bad wheel. Spent about $20 for his assistance. A week later the wheel was off again. I brought it back (2 hours more) and worked on it with a more experienced guy. Spent another $20 Rode it once and off again. Recently found out that they gave me the wrong wheel.
