One of the things I liked most about him is he would go out of this way to hire & work with people who had problems, most people would have nothing to do with these people. Mark just has a big heart. When here he rehired a man who had stoled from him. Yet he forgave the man and put him back to work, "after a few weeks as punishment". There are roughly 20+ families who have had the same experience--money taken, promises made, and then completely ghosted. This is not just poor business practice--it's deeply unethical. Be extremely cautious. Do not hand over money upfront, and honestly, I would strongly recommend avoiding Tipton Landscaping altogether.
