The reason I felt I needed to review MD property services was that they take zero accountability for mistakes that happen with their poor service. In regards to poor service, they will come right after a rain storm to cut the lawn tearing it up and damaging the lawn instead of waiting a couple days until it dries out . They have to stay on their schedule and won't use a realist point of view. (common sense) This winter MD property services has only cleared the snow from the drive and sidewalks twice this winter. It was like pulling teeth in order to get them out here to clear the snow. While clearing the snow at midnight (low visibility), the overexerted employee backed into one of our residences personnel truck, leaving a significant dent! MD property services gave us the runaround about the truck dent for a couple of months then replied with " we would never have an employee out after dark clearing snow"..... Night time is when the snow is always cleared before the city takes life in the morning for obvious reasons. MD property services takes zero ownership with their mistakes and shortcomings! MD property services has zero integrity! Please save your money and time I beg you! Please look elsewhere because MD property services has very poor service! They also repaired out gravel that let weeds take over our yard. It has been several months since they performed their most compete yard care and no more weeds. They were extremely reasonable in their rate and guaranteed that if any problems occurred to contact them immediately and they would stand behind their work. Ben delivered my sod right at the agreed upon time and was kind enough to drop the pallets at locations throughout my yard. He was perfect in his placement as well- so I didn't have to haul sod all over the place. As for the quality of the sod- I have installed sod for friends and neighbors a number of times, but i've NEVER seen sod this thick, even, or as high of quality! There were no throwaway pieces. They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team. We found them to be completely honest. We hope others will find this review very helpful, and we wish them all the best.
