We had an issue with my sons bike and needed to get the brakes replaced after a month of having the bike. It was a warranty fix and so there was no cost to us but it took a very long time and there was zero communication. We had to call for updates and finally had to call and ask when it would be ready just to find out it had been ready for a few days but we had received no communication it was ready. That was a big disappointment and frustration.

Lisa was patient with us as we made up our minds, and she was efficient in completing transactions and teaching us about different features on our new bikes. A week after we got our bikes, I got a flat tire. In the process of pumping up the new tire, I lost the O ring that goes inside the mini pump. We brought our pump to the store to see if they had an extra O ring, but they ended up giving us an entirely new pump for free! It was so nice of them. It stinks that there is a line to get into the store, and customers aren't able to touch anything, but I am grateful for their precautions in protecting against COVID-19!

They explained how they custom fit components of the bike to me. It was very easy to text them with any questions There were some delays that were completely out of their control. I was worried because I ordered the bike for a trip. They were able to modidy my order and I was able to get the bike delivered before my trip so I could test it out. The bike is amazing!! After 3 back surgeries it felt great to get back on a bike again. When I'm ready for my next bike I will definitely be ordering through Fezzari! Super happy with my new Wire Peak Pro!! A bike I bought for a relative they have asked multiple times to replace a cover for the crank area and he has been repeatedly promised ands then ignored - still has a broken cover and broken promises to replace it and ir seems this bike is still in produciton. The customer service has gotten so poor I would reconsider buying more than the 5 bikes I have already purchased from them That kind of service - replacing a broken part and never coming through on replacement promises is unconscionable. Makes me feel sorry I recommended Ari because they lie and never give my relative satisfaction on selling them a replacement part for a broken cover.

Great concept and new location…read more These guys moved from a small leased garage to a much bigger abandoned business on the East side of Provo in 2016. They are a DIY shop where bikers of all ages come to buy, donate and refurbish bikes. First time going I spent three hours working on a used Raleigh road bike. There is usually 2-3 staff members around and one will usually greet you. The trick here is to Quickly ask questions, find a spot to work at and be patient. The guy working admitted that he wasn't very experienced but together we fixed the bad wheel. Spent about $20 for his assistance. A week later the wheel was off again. I brought it back (2 hours more) and worked on it with a more experienced guy. Spent another $20 Rode it once and off again. Recently found out that they gave me the wrong wheel. Went back but no wheel was available. Great concept and open on Saturdays. You can also donate used bikes here.

While on vacation in Utah with our car and two road bikes, we had a…read morevery serious car accident and our bikes flew off the rack and landed harshly near our totaled car. My husband had to spend four days at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo for broken vertebrae, ribs and sternum. I had to retrieve the broken bikes from the tow yard 2.5 hours away and then figure out how to fly back to California. So glad I called Hangar 5 in Orem! Preston Weeks answered my call/cry for help and graciously greeted me in my rental van with all the contents of our road trip including the broken bikes. He took the dirty bikes from the van and agreed to clean them up and inspect the damage, which allowed me to fly back to California with my husband. Two days later he sent us a detailed inventory of damages to the frame and components for each bike. Subsequently he meticulously packed up both bikes and parts at our request and shipped them back to us so that we could salvage all that was still usable. Since we are not local to Orem, it was exceptional to experience this level of consideration and service. All of you locals are very lucky to have such an amazing bike shop and team members like Preston Weeks to take care of your cycling needs. I highly recommend this shop and if we are ever in the area again, I will definitely be visiting Hangar 15. Simply amazing!
