I was so disappointed with the noon manager on duty! She was so arrogant and disrespectful, she felt she's has all the right to be followed with his collegues. I ordered with their Kiosk for a more faster order. I saw my order was getting ready and the crew told me he is just waiting for the pies. I decided to treat the kids and several classmates for a Jolibee lunch at school. The cashier was friendly and helpful when I told him that I'd need each of my order to be packed and bagged separately. I also had to borrow a marker to write down the kids' name for each order. They have fried chicken, burgers, spaghetti, Palabok fiesta burger steaks, chicken sandwiches, and chicken tenders. How fitting that their mascot is a bee because sometimes there's literal bees buzzing around in the drive-thru making it ridiculously impossible to order. I usually get the 2 piece Chickenjoy with Jolly Spaghetti. The fried chicken is served piping out with the fried chicken skin having the perfect balance of crispy and juicy and the chicken itself being super tender. The spaghetti noodles are bouncy and chewy and the sauce is a bit sweet but that's to be expected. I've also had their Burger Steak with Mushroom Gravy paired with white rice. The burger patties are thick, tender, and meaty with great flavor. The gravy is delicious and savory. The white rice is soft and pairs perfectly with the patties. Service can use a bit of help as most are engrossed in their own conversations forgetting that I am there. Most of them are friendly though.
