I earnestly can't figure out why this place exists. Your local KFC can cook up a better fried chicken than here. Seriously, the seasoning is lackluster, the amount of meat is sub-par and to top it off you're paying a premium price for it. Don't even get me started on the spaghetti. Unsanitary Eeeeeeeeew. Just went here, got wrong sandwich (classic chicken) despite saying deluxe chicken. Asked for refund and older Asian lady serving customers rewrapped the opened sandwich and put it back to be reserved to someone else! I told the cashier and she just looked at it and did nothing. Later, I saw someone else give my opened used sandwich to someone who also ordered a spaghetti. Cashier did apologize for giving wrong sandwich which is unusual with gruff Asian service. I am very displeased with my experience here. It was my first time at this location and I was quite excited to try there food since it has been such a long time. I understand they were very busy and there were plenty of people that are a handful of people ahead of me. When I went up to order, I can tell the worker was new, but she was very nice. I waited patiently for my food, but it has been 15 minutes and I started to see people that ordered after me get their food before me. I thought maybe they were making the fries so that's why it was taking so long. There were about 6 workers in the front and not a single person asked me about my order. 20 mins have passed now and a guy came to the front and noticed that I was waiting for a while for fries and he personally went to the back and made them for me. After waiting over 20 mins and having everyone behind me get their food already, I was not very pleased with my service. Although the gentleman gave me an extra piece of chicken and a larger portion of mashed potatoes. I will be coming back, I hope my next experience will be better. read more

I LOVE jolibee, but the social distancing implementation at this specific location is inconsistent. I normally don't have any issues when waiting in line, while social distancing from others, but today was different. The line usually forms outside the double doors and they've placed minimal designated circles to tell you where to stand. As I enter the door, I remained 6 ft apart from the person in front of me although there was no circle on the ground. A worker sees me and insists I go back outside. When I finally order and sit down at a designated seat for my food, I notice a group of 4 entering together and not following the guidelines. The worker notices them, but he doesn't say anything to them. Bottom line, if I had to wait outside the double doors, those 4 people should have waited outside too. But the worker in the black sweater only decided to tell ME to wait outside and not them. If you're going to implement social distancing, make sure EVERYONE is adhering to it. You can't just pick and choose to implement them on certain people. The lack of professionalism really showed today. Rant done. read more

I love it here. My friend introduced me to it and I was shocked that I didn't know about this place sooner. I love their spaghetti and chicken dippers combo. The combination is absolutely divine and the spaghetti is some of the best for the price point. The peach mango pie is just to die for (lol it's really yummy!). Be careful biting into it tho. It gets really hot. Their pineapple juice drink is delicious as well and really refreshing. It's always a hit or miss with the customer service at this place. Either it's decent or it's just off-putting. Some of the staff look completely miserable and their demeanor screams they do not want to be there. The food is always good though, so that's an upside. The Jollibee in this location is my all-time fav. Their fried chicken is always served fresh and hot! Biting into the chicken, you can hear that crunch and watch as the steam evaporates into the air! Seeing the juices flowing out of the chicken was the reason why I keep coming back for more. Jollibee offers regular and spicy fried chicken, but you have to request a spicy otherwise they'd serve you regular. The options are posted on the menu board, but the employees don't really ask if you want your chicken spicy or regular. They would give you a cup of gravy for your fried chicken as well. So if you're a gravy fan, you could either dip the chicken into the gravy, or just drink the gravy straight up! (No one judges!!) I also tried their spaghetti for the first time. A Filipino friend told me Filipino spaghetti is sweet. But for Jollbee, their spaghetti is not too sweet (which is how I like it), but I could also taste a hint of spiciness (which I'm not complaining about). I've been to a ton of Jollibee establishments. This location is amongst my favorite because it conveniently located in Irvine inside of a Seafood city. It is a Filipino dream come true. I'm always taking friends and family here. I live the mango pineapple drink of corse, and the chicken is far more tasty than KFC. If you are new to Jollibee start off with the chicken or the burgers. The salsbury steak is my favorite, but the portion is small, you just have to know how to order it if your going to take the advanced route. Haha read more

OMG! My little family have been so excited about trying this place cuz we know so many people who love this place. Well, my kids liked it BUT me and my boyfriend thought it was terrible. Idk if its the location or just the restaurant in general. The food was awful. I can usually push thru and eat something even if its not soo good just because i need to eat and i spent money on it. But not this time. I barely got through the spaghetti which was not like any Filipino spaghetti I've had. It was too sweet and tasted like a can. Delicious! Crispiest chicken ever! I love how juicy and succulent this chicken is, and it has nice flavor. My favorite is definitely the spaghetti. I personally think it tastes way better than regular spaghetti. Mango peach pie. Sooo good. Worst service ever! I used to work in fast food popeyes chicken to be exact. I know the pressure and the hard work feel like. Pero service crew dito very unprofessional! Magaantay ka ng 10-15mins sa food then kapag lumapit ka sa kanila to ask about your order dun pa lng nila sasabihin sayo na you have to wait another 15 mins! Nakakaloka. Tapos sila pa may attitude. Another thing that I noticed napakadaming crew sa harap na gumagawa ng iisang order lang when one person can make that whole order. Food is good don't get me wrong but the service is so slow. I've only had two things here at this location: fried chicken, which I love, and the Ultimate Steakburger with fries, rice, and an egg. I've had, at another location, the spam slider (waaay too much mayo, but that could've just been that person making it that day, but it turned me off so much that I haven't ordered it again since then), corned beef slider which was pretty good, and the halo halo which was good as well. I love their chicken and come here often just for that. Really good for fast food. Always juicy, crispy, and love the flavor. I usually get it with rice, and if I get it with 2 sides, the school cafeteria mashed potatoes and gravy. It comes with an separate thing of school cafetetia gravy. Yaaas! The Ultimate Steakburger has creeped into my rotation. It's kind of like the Hawaiian Loco Moco, but with the addition of fries. Pretty good when the mood hits me.
