While i love jollibee, this location is not it. So we waited for 30mins for a spicy chicken and after 30 minutes, they said i have to wait another 25 minutes because the "spicy chicken ran out and they miscalculated how much they needed" it is a Sunday so expect a lot of people to come in on a weekend. Then, the crew called in the supervisor and all she said that, well, i just have to wait. So incompetent. I tried doing the survey on the receipt so somewhat they can see what they're missing or doing wrong, voila, the link is not working. While i love me and east bay good food, service aint it. 09/29/24- After picking up my car at Firestone, decided to see if this Jollibee is same as other Jollibees. I am familiar with the food and taste, I figure it will be an easy peasy to compare. It was empty around 12:30PM. Temperature inside is so cold. I understand that Fairfield can have a hot weather majority of the time, but you just can't seem to enjoy your food as it gets cold pretty fast. I was even wearing a sweater and it is cold. I asked the employee before I left but unsure if he did adjust it to a right degree. Have it to at least 73 degrees. Place is clean, but- no napkins given in the order. No spoons and forks either. I have to ask specifically what items I need. I know that California has a new law regarding plastic wastes that you have to ask and they will give it. But common sense, whether to-go or dine-in, how will folks eat their food? As for food, Chicken is not crispylicious as what they advertised. They tend to overstock a lot of chicken which makes it not that fresh upon ordering. Yes, you can have some fried in advance, but not to the point of a whole stack plus theres more in a clear glass oven out there from what I saw. Crew pretends not to see you or at least asked if you need anything. Service was okay, could be better. And this is one big thing, I was about to pay cash and was told only exact change as they don't have coins? Seriously? What if people does not have a card and only cash? Think, think, think. Oh and the spaghetti- why is a single spaghetti order inside a smaller box then placed in the real spaghetti container! I paid for full spaghetti and ending up having less. Is this shrinkflation too? I know that the square box is mainly used when you order spaghetti or palabok combined with chicken, so that the chicken won' t soaked in! But I ordered only spaghetti by itself and why is it inside another box of the real spaghetti container? Jollibee Vallejo is better in my opinion and more friendly as they greet you as soon as you walk in the door hearing "Jolli-afternoon!" Makes you feel welcomed. This Jollibee has so much to improved. From food to crew to dining environment! Jollibee is great but not this one. There's always room for improvement and it's not too late. This food is so delicious, I always get their aloha burger meal which doesn't disappoint. The burger is juicy even though I remove the pineapple due to me only preferring the left over flavor. This sandwich is light and always fresh and hot even with delivery. You have multiple options for sides which my choice is always the 2 buttery fluffy biscuits. The pineapple quencher as a drink is a perfect addition to the meal. read more

I finally made it to the long awaited opening of Jollibee in Fairfield. This location had been open for 1 week now. I came around 11:30am to grab some lunch togo. The is still a line out the door and they have it blocked off so the line stays neat. There is an employee that guards the door and lets people in/out of the restaurant to keep the restaurant from getting overcrowded. There was about 20 people in front of me, but the line moved fairly quickly. I waited about 20 minutes before I was able to order. They had 3 checkers taking orders. I was a little disappointed that they were not selling some of the items like the peach-mango pie and other items that other reviewers mentioned. Apparently, they did not get their full shipment of food order. I usually get the 10 piece family meal at Jollibee, but ended up just getting an 10 piece bucket and family size spaghetti. To my surprise, my order was ready in less than 5 minutes. They have a section blocked off for people waiting for takeout. I am guessing as things calm down and the flow of traffic is more normal, they will remove the waiting area and put in more tables and chairs as currently there is not much indoor seating and also no outdoor seating yet. The taste of the food is spot on like any Jollibee. I am glad I do not have to drive to Vallejo to get Jollibee now! Will wait a bit before I return to this Jollibee so they can get their affairs in order and the new restaurant novelty dies down. read more

Food- The chicken was crispy! The gravy makes it taste even better! The peach mango pie was delicious. The pineapple juice was refreshing! Ambiance- The place was clean. Service this time was bad, September 30, 2023. It was busy and crew was disorganized now (unlike the 1 month opening. The crew was a little confused and slow, no communication with other crews. I finally go to the front and asked why my order didn't get ready because 10 more orders were made after my number. The crew said oh sorry it got overlooked (or skipped is the right word). After waiting a couple weeks for the hype to die down, wait times are still a little long. Famous Chickenjoy is still on point and never disappoints! Fried chicken with rice and gravy always hits the spot. Although, I wish they had the spicy flavor available when I came in. Shoutout to the young cashier that rang me up... Mari, Mavi? The Filipino Karen in front of me was giving this girl such a hard time because there was no spicy chicken available. Like seriously... didn't you read the sign that says they were out? I've been wanting to leave a review on this place for a while, and after I've given this location so many chances, I've reached my limit. But first let's reflect on the last two times I've come here. Visit 1: I tried to order a burger (some may know this as a yum burger) and the clerk told me "we don't serve burgers here" even though the burger image and description was visible on the menu behind. Visit 2: The clerk this time input our order wrong, didn't check with us before proceeding to the transaction. *note* Usually I don't mind because workers make mistakes Visit 3 (yesterday): I ordered a 2pc ChickenJoy. I took a bite and it was raw chicken. It was pink on the inside and the meat under the batter was slimy through and through. I showed an employee the chicken, and she showed the male manager. This manager proceeded to (while I was in the immediate vicinity) scoff and tell his employee that "it comes pink like that, and that they temperature probed every single chicken for internal temperature." The employee proceeded to reiterate this gibberish to me though she sounded so clueless as to why they even do this. I received the refried chicken fork the male manager himself who said, and I quote "we made sure this chicken's temperature was higher and fresh out the fryer." Though this was satisfactory, he showed much spunk in the way he talked. Later that night, I had food poisoning. At least 6 trips to the restroom per hour was not fun. And the fact that the manager said chicken "comes pink and like that" is nonsense. Imagine if I ate the 1st order of chicken completely, I think my condition would be much worse. And even if both orders were in the off-case not raw, the only other place I could see myself getting food poisoning would be from the way the staff handles their food (likely in an unsanitary way). Given that I did not consume any other food that day, this Jollibee was definitely the culprit. I tired Jollibee yesterday for the first time (carry out at Fairfield, CA location). Very pleased with customer service. Delicious chicken; very taste and the chicken pieces size are larger than the competition. Can't say the same about the side options. Saggy fries lacking flavor. Mashed potatoes missed seasoning, in my opinion. Very disappointed with the Deluxe chicken sandwich; too much mayonnaise oozing from all sides. I like the pineapple-coconut pie, though. read more

I ordered spicy chicken on Uber Eats twice within this week and both times I received regular chicken (non spicy). The option for spicy was available and I selected it, even including comments to request for spicy. I called the restaurant to see what the issue is and the lady over the phone told me they do indeed have spicy chicken available but that the packer must've made a mistake. Both times I was missing a side order, however, Uber Eats did credit me back some money. Went earlier this evening around 9:00 pm, with still one hour to closing they were out of chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders and they don't serve chicken wings. Well my daughter doesn't eat chicken with bones in it ( that's weird to me but whatever) so I got her a large mashed potatoes that was delicious, well the gravy made it delicious. I got the two piece chicken, it was good but the leg was soggy. The biscuits were dried. I had their deluxe chicken sandwich before and it was awesome so I was disappointed they didn't have it tonight. Now the Service was sooooooo slooooow. Seems like a lack of personality is a requirement to work there. No smiles and no communication between the workers. The cashier was not being told that the orders were up, and the workers making the orders were bringing them up to the counter and walking away without calling the numbers or using the pagers they give you. The service is deadly slow and they confuse themselves. Everyone in the kitchen is young and the manager is quite and timid. As I waited for a very small order for 45 mins. I observed that the manager did NOTHING when the front got crazy. No stepping in or helping as these children confused themselves with peoples orders. I don't know how many times I heard "we're waiting on chicken", then I seen 4 buckets of chicken go out and I still hadn't got my 2 piece. Time currently 632pm I've been here for 45 going on 50mins.
