My kids grew up loving Jolibee. But this Jolibee located at Travis by the mall in Fairfield, it's always busy. But they don't have a designated person to do a constant cleaning of the tables after a customer leaves and there are clutters on the floor too. Noticed that one of the crew that was from the inside had to come out and do the cleaning. But overall still love Jolibee. read more

THIS IS THE BEST STORE IN THE VALLEY. First impression, the friendly staff greeting us with the Jolly language. Second, the fast service on how I got my food. When my food was served it was hot and ready! The chicken was hot, gravy hot, burger steak delicious!!! The food doesn't taste like it's been sitting there for hours. I was delighted to learn that Jollibee Fairfield opened but to my dismayed who ever runs this place possibly need staff training. Service is extremely poor considering the amount of workers currently on the clock. They move really slow and wait times for the order takes forever! It doesn't feel homey when you entered but a food establishment in the mid of bancruptcy or closing. This is not the place to go when you crave for quick food. wait times is 45 minutes to an hour with staff acting like this is normal. Shame on this store. I was the only customer in there and they take forever to prefer my food. The Mexican manager (young lady) was just chilling laughing around with her co-workers and when I checked my food I told her that I ordered one spicy and one regular thighs so I asked her if she can fix it but she gives a very negative attitude while fixing it. Sad, love Jollibee and discovered it in the Philippines but this Jollibee do to not either carrying or being out of items is not worth the visit at this time. Jollibee is always the best comfort food! Taste is always consistent so we're always happy. Came at 7pm on a Friday night. Service was fast and orders came out in 5mins. Happy that they had the Ube Pie, it was good but the Peach Mango Pie is still the best. read more

chicken was good, but I was shorted many pieces of chicken. I ordered 6 buckets of their anniversary special buckets which should come with 12 pieces of chicken. I was buying chicken for 14 people at work. Well, each person got 2 pieces of chicken with only 4 pieces left over. So total pieces of chicken I hit was only 32. if you do the math, 6 buckets of 12 pieces each should have been 72 pieces. This Jollibee robbed us. I wish I could give zero stars. read more

Finally, Fairfield has Jollibee! No more driving to Vallejo. Grand opening today. Very crowded & a long line stretching & winding around the sidewalk outside. But the service was fast & friendly. There must've been at least 25+ employees working & the food came out fast. I got the Family palabok, 2 burgers & 2 chicken sandwiches. Plus 3 coconut/pineapple pies. Cooked with a crunch & not overly sweet. Overall I was happy with the food & the way they handled the grand opening crowd. Also will make sure to use the app, as they have a station set up for on line purchases. Way to go, Jollibee! read more

Jollibee has finaaalllyyy opened up a location here in FF and lines have been out the door. I avoided it up until this past Sunday and got here right when they opened. No Yumburgers, chicken has like a flour-y or dusty texture and not cooked well enough. Different taste of spaghetti, actually no taste at all. Not enough meat cheese and hotdogs which is quintessential for a filipino spaghetti. The patty for burger steak seems dry and thinner than the other Jollibee branch. Food great. It's typical of what you can expect from Jollibee. Except perhaps having a full menu or everything available. It's new so I'll cut them slack. Service & management is why they're getting two stars. Our order was STILL wrong after multiple attempts at explaining what we wanted. Missing chicken, no extra rice, no sides, but we have a spaghetti platter that we never ordered...cool? It wouldn't be such an issue if we weren't charged for half the food we didn't have.
