I ultimately had to flag him down toward the end of the meal just to ask for water refills and to cancel appetizers that had never even come out. What made it even worse is he was not apologetic at all. A lady will come around a take photos of your group and bring them back out printed and framed for $25 per picture. That's nice if you're celebrating something but still pricey. For how expensive this restaurant is, we expected a much higher level of service and food quality. The ambiance definitely gives off a high-end, upscale feel, but unfortunately, the food and service did not match what the restaurant is trying to portray.
