My favorite place for spicy fried chicken . I bought a few times here and They are crispy and not dry . I am not a fan of the regular one because at times it's abit bland. So far their little mango peach pie is not bad. The ube pie is pretty good . The place is clean . I'm not crazy with sweet spaghetti pasta,not sure with the burger buns either since I don't want to try it . Only tried their pancit palabok. It's not bad . But their halo halo is ok. Although it not much stuff in it but it better that otherplaces. I every time I go here around 6 pm , the spicy chicken is out . So don't expect to get spicy if you go there after 6pm . read more

Food hits the spot just like any other Jollibee franchise. Social distancing is also well implemented in regards to COVID 19. Parking is ample in the plaza. However customer service is lacking. Efficiency has fallen off as cashiers end up doing everything as well besides taking customer orders. Despite being in front of the line it still can take you 5-10 minutes to be seen which in return backs up the ordering process. Also no one ever picks up the phone. I've been trying to call them both night time and day time for a simple question to no avail. A simple pick up of the phone could've made all the difference in customer experience. I would recommend placing order via door dash even if you decide to come to the store to pick it up. It'll save you time and hassle. read more

Jolibee's motto is "chicken joy." We somewhat got it with the chicken, gravy and the side of mash potatoes. Fried chicken is a bit tedious to make myself so, my partner in dine and I opted to come here on an early Sunday evening. It had been so long since I had been to a Jollibee that I forgot that they also have a decent selection of drinks. They didn't seem to mind that we had boba drinks from their competitor a few doors away. (We did however get the combos with sodas to go.) The side of corn was okay and tasted like it came out of a can. I am not a fan of the burgers at Jollibee and my partner in dine had one. He thought it was just okay. I recommended next time that he try the Filipino spaghetti which is the sweet sauce and hot dog in it. Yum. I am getting hungry writing this review. Jollibee is like the McDonald's of Filipino fast food. It really depends what you order. Doh! I just realized I did not order the peach mango pie this time. I recommend that for dessert. The service here is horrible! They close at 9:30, we arrived at 9:10 which I understand is approaching closing time. The door was already locked and when another customer let us in the employees all stood and stared at us waited for us to walk in just to say " we're closed man" very unprofessional. A restaurant that has the time posted for 9:30 closing shouldn't lock their doors 20 minutes before closing. Also there were people sitting in the restaurant still eating their food! There was no implication of them closing by cleaning etc. I will never come here again knowing that they don't care to be polite to their customers. Just couldn't resist stopping by although I know it's fast food! Haven't had a fast food meal in a looooong time so of course I almost binged out at this place but both the taste and nostalgia of it was great! I don't live in the area but this was on the way to a business meeting so, why not give it a go?! The food was good, service was fast, and the taste lived up to my Filipino expectation. Ordered food online and was delivered by doordash because we're afraid to go out because of Covid. The gravy is missing. We tried to call but no answer. No choice but to drive all the way to their location. I gave the manager the receipt and told him that i had a delivery and missing the sauce do i need to buy it separately or it comes with the bucket of chicken. 11/26/2018 I ordered (2) 2pc Chicken Joy and (2) 2pc Burger Steak. I waited for about 10 minutes for my order which is the usual wait time in this place. I ordered for to go and everything seems to be in order when the lady handed me the to go bag. As soon as I got home and opened the boxes, I was surprised and upset because one of the Burger Steaks didn't have the sauce in it. I mean whoever is working inside the kitchen at that time is clearly not paying attention to what s/he's doing. How can you forget one of the vital ingredients of the burger steak? I mean what can I say, Jollibee is my favorite and has been for a VERY long time. I remember I used to live close to one when I was pregnant and would walk there to have lunch with all the little old ladies who would pray for me. TRUE STORY! But anyways, I think the chickenjoy is better than KFC. It is so juicy and sweet especially when you dip it in the gravy. I usually order the 2 piece chickenjoy meal which I did during this visit. My boyfriend ordered the new special they have which comes with a 2 piece chickenjoy, sweet spaghetti, gravy, and a drink. This Jollibee has been a very great place growing up back in the early 2000's my sister used to work there back in the day and I remember I used to love eating there the meals were amazing and it was always a good time for my family to go out to eat! I don't usually write yelp reviews but I'm so disappointed with the experience I had last night. It was just before 9:30 that I came in after work to get some food. I wasn't welcomed in or even acknowledged upon entrance even though there were a couple workers out front pre-closing the dining area. I wait in line to order and ask for a chicken sandwich, spaghetti, and spaghetti w/chicken. She said that chickenjoy would be a 20min wait unless I get spicy which is already ready in the warmer. I said spicy was fine bc I didn't feel like waiting that long. She says the total which is 15.85 and I give her a 20. She hands me back 4 dollars and says "no change is ok?" I look at the receipt and it's only fifteen cents so I just say sure bc I was too tired to argue even though it would only be a nickel and a dime to count out... I sit down and use my phone to pass the time but I notice it's been a while since I ordered so I get off my phone and watch the workers to see if my food is close to ready. I see all the coworkers messing with each other chitchatting while I see a large box, small box, and sandwich on a tray. I also see that the larger box is left cracked open as if they are waiting to insert the chicken which is sitting in the warmers behind them!! They specifically told me that spicy was already ready which I could see in the warmer behind the counter, the regular was the one with the wait. I watched another person order at this time and the worker yells to the kitchen "how much longer for chicken joy??!!" but she doesn't seem like she's actually wondering. The guy opens the oven, quickly glances inside and yells "20 MINUTES!" when they told me the same thing 10 minutes ago!Seems like they didn't wanna cook anymore because it was near closing time. I went up to them on the counter and confirmed that my chicken was supposed to be spicy so she just nods, grabs the spicy piece from the warmer and puts it in the larger box of my tray. I sit down and wait for my buzzer to go off while I watch them. They continue their chitchat before bagging my things! Couple min later, I get my food and immediately leave before I caught an attitude. On the way home, I check my bag and see that there's no gravy. And I know I didn't go through all of that to not have gravy for my chicken. I turn back and walk in a couple min after 10. Again, no acknowledgment of my presence or why I came back. I see the same lady folding plastic bags at the counter and when I approach her, she doesn't even look up. I say "there was no gravy in my bag". She continues to fold bags and I ask for a gravy again. She rolls her eyes and has someone else get my gravy even though it is right behind her in the warmer. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food anyways because of the terrible service, even though they had atleast 6 workers in the front. 10/10 for the food but looks like I'll be making the drive down to Jollibee Cerritos from now on. read more

Jollibee has some of the best fried chicken I've ever tried. In particular the spicy fried chicken. The spaghetti w hot dogs has a slightly sweet taste and it is amazing. The Philippino pasta is also very very good. The mango pies are the bomb. Overall, highly recommend this place over any others around. Try it for sure. read more

Ah, the Holidays--a wonderful time to get together and be happy and jolly! However, that is until I visited Jollibee. I was NOT jolly after that, and I'm usually and optimist. I walk in from the furthest side of the parking lot through the pouring and heavy rain because of the busyness of the season. I ordered a ten piece, half spicy and half regular bucket for the family. I walk back to my car immediately because it was PACKED and I couldn't verify my order because of all the people--low and behold there's only a six piece bucket, all spicy. I walk all the way back through the rain to tell them, "hey, I got a six piece spicy bucket when I ordered a ten piece half and half". I showed them the receipt and was patient about it. And then they told me to "get the bucket so we can change it". I WALK ALL THE WAY BACK IN THE RAIN TO GET THE BUCKET AND CAME ALL THE WAY BACK, only for them to tell me "Oh, you can keep the bucket, we'll just get you a new one". I walked the whole parking lot SIX freaking times in the heavy rain only to get four more measly pieces of chicken which I paid for. Not to mention the half-assed way they packed the entire order--I spent a good minute trying to re-arrange all the sides and other stuff thrown in the bag. The ONLY reason why I don't give it one star is because the chicken is good. The people, were not gracious, kept speaking to me in Tagalog when I told them 3 times that I CAN'T SPEAK IT. We only have one store in NY so once I asked my children on their first day in California vacation where they want to have lunch, they named this store in unison. They probably missed this chain store. We ordered the well known chicken joy bucket and the palabok on the sides. No talking, no complaints while they were eating. Boy, these kids were got hungry during their flight. I like the taste of the chicken joy in this tore. For some reason, it was delectable. Not as salty as what we have in Queens NY. On the other way around, I prefer the palabok in NY though, more tastyful. The service was fast and friendly. We came on the right day and time perhaps. My children was overwhelmed how much people were talking the language. They may not felt it, but I felt I am home. We enjoyed our meal. Very convenient location as it is next to other Filipino restaurants or stores. The family can't hide the excitement when they see each stores proximity. They see the possibilty of eating to other restaurants on different times especially it is just a mile away from the family's resident location. Went here on Friday 8, 2020 at around 6pm. Line was so freaking long and there was only one cash register open. They have another register available but they won't open it. Meanwhile the line was all the way outside the door. I ask the young girl at the register why won't they open the other register and the answer was " I don't know". Got my order and dine in. I really like Jolibee. The food is close to "home" but 2 out of the 4 times I've been to this location, they've gotten my order wrong. I always order the spicy chicken joy. A while back I ordered the meal/combo and I got regular chicken joy. I went to exchange it and they said they ran out of spicy and if it is ok to throw some spicy powder on the regular chicken I had. I went with it even though the experience was dissatisfying. Next few times orders were correct. Last visit I ordered the spicy chicken joy bucket. I got the regular bucket. I exchanged it and they gave me what I had originally ordered. I was satisfied. Suggestion: make sure the orders are correct. People love Jolibee don't let them give a dissatisfied review. Food is savory and it hits the cravings. Staff- always friendly. Always helpful. Restaurant- keep up with the upkeep more. Make sure fountain drink station is clean, stocked up and wiped down. Parking lot- plenty of parking. Plaza also have other Filipino food options. It's a good spot to grab all the Filipino things you need. read more
