I was indecisive about what I wanted to eat for lunch and I usually only have Taco Bell a couple times a year. I looked up the nearest location to me at work and placed an online order. I opted for the meal for 2 for 12.50 (I only ate the portion for 1). It was a great value as you get chips and queso, a soft taco, a bean and cheese burrito, and the crunch wrap supreme. This satisfied my Taco Bell craving possibly for the remainder of the year lol. The employee was super friendly, welcoming, and efficient as she got my order pronto. Parking was plentiful as I went early around 10ish to avoid the crowds. The only con was the restaurant was not spotless as I noticed the windows were dirty and had smudges on them. read more

I love Taco Bell. Truly. Just go to any other one but this one. I've been missing items more often than not. Additionally, the wait is longer than others for no reason I can understand, I've gone in and they're not understaffed. They juke their stats by having you park and wait- the last time I waited for almost 15 mins for my food, and was still missing items and had to go inside to get them. Then what they gave me was meh- the Doritos locos taco was missing the box, which meant the taco melted into the paper, and immediately fell apart despite being consumed within 10 minutes. NOT ALL of the human workers are bad!! The 1 star I give goes to the workers who actually work and get me/others' orders correct! Otherwise, I'd wish that Yelp would let me choose ZERO stars! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. At this location they always, and I mean ALWAYS, forget something in my order. Everything seemed normal until I checked the bag with my items. Unsurprisingly, they forgot an item. As I went through the drive through a SECOND time, the guy just stuck his hand out the window, not even acknowledging me and not saying anything. No apology, no "I am sorry we forgot your item", just very unprofessional. They need to rehire/retrain their workers. I've had the worst customer service experience at this location. Absolute horrible service, my husband came off work after working a 12hr shift and wanted a quick bite to eat before he came home. He put me on speaker phone and I pre ordered the food on the app for him. He pulls up to the window per usual, tells the woman in the speaker my name for the online order and wait for a response. This woman tells him something but mumbled it, then there was a pause. My husband clarified "uhm, i'm sorry I didn't get that.. did you want me to pull up?". And with the most attitude, SNAPPED at my husband with a firm and loud voice over the speaker saying " UHM YES?! I TOLD YOU ALREADY TO PULL UP" and scoffs at him while being on the speaker! My husband quickly responds back with "okay! I asked kindly! Do not yell at me". My husband pulls up to the window to an older overweight woman in her 40s -50s, he could not read her name tag and she pretty much threw him his order and closes the window at him! Luckily my husband has a lot of patience but honestly, she is going to snap at the wrong person, at the wrong time of night and get her and her staff hurt! I hope this establishment cleans up their attitude because there are so many homeless that can crowd the trash cans at night and also the front of the restaurant on the sidewalk. The food was good. I purchased 2 double deckers that they brought back and they were delicious! I went to this location at a busy time and the kids from the high school were all inside vaping and running a muck. It was so loud in there you couldn't even hear yourself think. The bathrooms were surprisingly pretty clean maybe because you needed a code to get inside. The worker handed me my online order without hesitation and she was nice. I'd come back here, but not go inside especially around that time. Overall great food and customer service was brief, but good as well! I didn't give 5 stars because of the chaos inside. Drive thru at night is seriously the worst. Always a 10-20+ min wait. I even waited over 40 minutes one time! That seriously says SOMETHING about this particular taco bell.
