She was confidently wrong, so we looked on the website just in case, and yeah... we've been ordering it correctly for 2 yrs lol (not once have we had a problem before this). A fast food place is only as the person making the food, and unfortunately the slapping burritos back there must not care about customers. I ordered the "best burrito" they have ($5.49)- Steak Supreme Burrito and it was literally 1 large piece of chick and 2 small quarter size pieces of chicken not steak like I ordered, it was all lettuce tomatoes and beans, super watery and a pinch of sour cream coming out the side. Ohh and did I mention WATERY.. chicken quesadilla ($4.99) should be $3.99 was good but hardly any chicken (more then burrito) tacos were fresh and normal. Point is these cooks should have portion sizes for each ingredient.. I'm sure Taco Bell can make a far better burrito.. I absolutely hate it when my mom asks me to bring taco bell even though I'm a taco bell fan but because this is the closest one to me and I've always had bad experiences here unfortunately. From taking way too long to some very specific situations. Everytime I come inside to order, takes me at least 20 minutes to get my food even though I usually just order a cheese quesadilla and a bean and cheese burrito. Most recently, went to the drive thru because I definitely though it would be faster, and this isn't the restaurants fault, but there was some strange man harassing every car through the drive thru and showing obscenities. The workers called the cops on him and it worked out, but yes definitely scarred my opinion of this place, the car in front of my got their car kicked in from this man and yeah I'm lucky that wasn't me, but very crazy experience. This is the best and friendliest Taco Bell around. I go there probably 4 times a week and every time the workers are very pleasant and serving. All of my food given to me was stale and not warm by the time I got home. My drive home was less than 5 minutes. I was told when I first got to the window that they are under staff and only 4 items per customer was allowed. After ordering one combo i was told ok that is your 4 items. I said I have another combo to order which was granted but this was only after overhearing workers in the background complain. If fast food workers want minimum wage increases they should put a little more effort into their job. We should not have to get terrible service when one person decides to call out of work that day. Came in here, only saw one staff prepping food. Before I realized the personsitting down on their phone, eating food, was a staff member... one who took my order. I saw this as a pattern. They have dirty tables and she couldn't find anything at all to do apart from eating and using her phone. She's told customers over the phone their order would take 30m, with an empty restaurant. Somehow she managed to answer the work phone while multitasking on her phone. She interrupted my order to ask "for here or to go", told her here... finished my order, then she had to ask again... 5 seconds later because she forgot. My food was served on a wet tray. The soft taco shell was hard and stale. My burrito was cold. I watched another customer come in asking for a #20, she gets up from eating, again, waves her finger in his face and said "No 20s, 19 and 18, but no 20s". Everyone that went through the drive through... sorry, but she didn't wash hands or wear gloves. She just kept eating, kept texting... then directly touched your food... so. Fucking. Gross. When I was finished and ready to leave, another worker came in and didn't pay any attention to her at all, implying this is regular behavior that they're accustomed to. The only time she stood up and stayed up, was when there was a total of 4 customers in the place, which makes me believe she knows better but doesnt care if there aren't enough people around. Okay i love Taco Bell and used to work there so I know how it works in there. I decided to try this location due to it being the closet to my job but omg. Clean house and restaff or have someone retrain. I order from drive-thru and asked for a cheesy bean and rice burrito and add red strips with the burrito grilled. They tell me I don't think we can grill that burrito and has to ask. Then I get to the window and get my order and leave. As I get to work i realize it's a complete wrong order and the food was cold! I go back to the drive-thru and tell them my order is wrong. And she says we don't usually take wrong orders from here but okay come to the window. I don't know what it is but Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food places. I've ordered here many times because you can always get more bang for your buck. The classic combo or the bell box is worth the price and today I got both once again because I was super hungry. (One box for breakfast and one for brunch) Aside from the combo boxes, I started with a power bowl. It's like a taco salad without the shell. For the size it's kind of a rip off. It's fresh overall but there's not much chicken and sour cream. I like my taco salads with generous amounts of chicken and sour cream which is why I ordered a small container of sour cream for .90! (it didn't taste low fat to me so that's a win) There's not much avocado. There's plenty of lettuce, Spanish rice, and black beans. It's was okay overall but not something I'd order again. In the bell breakfast box I got an extra set of Cinnabon bites to substitute the hash brown. They're delish and it's sad how small they are. I didn't touch my cheesy sausage burrito yet but I remember them being decent and better than McDonald's sausage burritos. As for the cheesy gordita Doritos taco, it wasn't crunchy much, just in the middle. Not much to write about, and the Doritos in it didn't make an impact. Soggy disappointment in all the layers. Sausage crunch wrap was in the breakfast box. It was okay, just too much egg for me. (Didn't touch it yet and had it a few times before) It's bland without the breakfast salsa. Lastly, for the combo boxes I got two large drinks, a fruit punch Gatorade and Dole strawberry lemonade. It's okay and not sweet. I felt tempted to order a cinnabon delights iced coffee but my last experience wasn't great since it gave me a tummy ache. To summarize my review, I like how I can get more food here for less.
