I used to go here regularly on a Saturday because I use the laundromat right behind it but it's changed. Last time my daughter got real sick off the breakfast jack sandwich. I figured maybe it was just that day because it never happened before. Today we tried again but the customer service was bad. It took 15 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I would have left but I needed to eat due to medications. The food once I received it tasted old. The hash brown was extremely hard and I decided this would be the last time. the service is horrible the old saggy mexican lady that works on wednesday nights around 10pm or 11pm is verryyyy RUDE! me n my boyfriend went to get their popcorn chicken and he thought he was getting the large box but ends up getting a small box with large fries n drink after we had to park n wait for the food took about 7 to 10 minutes and when we received the food is when we realized that it wasn't a big box so he was pretty upset and the old saggy lady didn't give us a receipt to check if we got charged for the larger box so we go back around to ask n the younger tall man was nice enough to explain to us that we just got a larger combo and not the big box of popcorn chicken but the lady n the back was arguing about a whole bunch of nothing cus she tried saying she gave us the large fries n that's the size of the large when we were trying to tell the man that we wanted the large box of popcorn chicken and that lady just started to go off n threw our fries back in the bag. to me that was a little dramatic cus it was a mistake on both sizes and she decided to go off on us for a simple misunderstanding and maybe if she was a little bit more clear to us because we did ask for the LARGE popcorn chicken to begin with. read more

There are a million crazy, sketchy, weird, scary stories involving late night or after the club food runs to different Jack in the Box(es) state wide and this Jack in the Box definitely has contributed to that million! I am surprised that not one review has been written regarding this specific location! I grew up seeing this place every morning as I walked to school. My high school is right across the street and my middle school is 2 blocks away so this place was a popular destination after school for many students! I remember when a fight broke out inside the building and it had to be closed down for a couple days! This place isn't very large, it probably has 12 tables max and I might be overestimating. They have a men's and women's restroom, a drive-thru and they use to have a self serve soda machine but they got rid of it. They remodeled the place a few years back and it looks way better than it did it's first 2 years. Management has gotten smarter about the majority of its customers and their behavior. I remember drive one night around 12 or 1 with a friend and we wanted to grub on some tacos. We saw a person inside with a uniform on so we drove towards the speaker. The weird part was that one on answered at all and classical music was playing. It was a little off beat but we just booked it out of there and laughed it off. There was another night where there was a ran car turned on it's side right in the middle of the intersection and the drive-thru was in perfect view. The food is pretty good and they stopped charging extra for butter milk, which is a plus! I love this place and it is always a contender for late night munchies! read more

I searched and could not find it to be true, so he asked for the bag and also did not find the fries. After conversing with his co workers, he scooped up some fries, to find when I got home, the fry box container was upside down, and when we collected all the fries to be put in the container, it was only filled 1/3 of the container with some old burnt tiny remnants of curly fries we couldn't eat. It is no wonder this Jack In The Box has a 1 Star review. If zero star was available, that's what I would give this branch. I went to the drive thru and ordered a 3 pc egg roll and 1 Breakfast Jack. I'm not sure why there was a Chicken Sandwich added and I asked to please remove it. Order Taker says "so you don't want it?" and I said "I didn't order it". My receipt says my order was taken at 11:41 pm. I literally can walk to this place, but chose to drive. It took me less than 3 minutes to get home. My first bite of the egg roll was horrible. It tasted like they have not changed their grease in YEARS!! One bite is all it took. I immediately called with the intent to politely let the staff know to change their grease. Far be it for another customer to have to put that nasty taste in their mouth the. The call was made at 11:45 pm. 4 short minutes from when I was there. Phone rang and rang and no one answered. I called 3 times and still no one answered. So they also closed 15 minutes earlier than their scheduled store hours or these employees chose not to answer? I would say it's the latter, but either or, Management should know. Meanwhile, I am stuck with these nasty egg rolls with no recourse. read more

Probably the worst jack in the box in all of Carson. Idk how many managers they've gone through but none the less it never fails that their service is beyond poor. For some reason they always have attitudes and whenever we ask for buttermilk they either "don't have any" or they reply with their famous "there's some in the bag already." It doesn't matter if you order $50 worth of food they still give you a hard time about asking for 6 buttermilks. They will hand u 4 and make u ask 2 more times for 1 more buttermilk. Recently they've been charging now 25 cents per extra buttermilk. I've never been to a jack in the box which was both unprofessional and as rude as this one in particular. This morning I went to this Jack in the box location because I was closest to this location. I ordered 2 supreme croissants, 1 sausage croissant, and a breakfast burrito. I requested extra dressing on each sandwich, and I also asked, before driving off with the food, if there was salsa in the bag. The employee told me yes, to the salsa. When I ordered extra dressing, she told the cooks right then, while I was at the window. I'm about a mile away when I reach in the bag for the breakfast burrito and the packages of salsa. There was NO salsa. I get home, and it's about an hour before I open the sandwich. Not only was there NOT extra dressing, there was NO dressing. The sandwich was dry. I bought food for two other people, and their croissants were dry too. Foolishly, I went to this location knowing full well that they've botched my orders in the past. But I was so close to it that I didn't want to drive any further. I don't plan to go to this location again, as there are plenty of Jack in the Box locations. But if I do go there again, I won't use the drive thru, and I will open up my food right there at the counter to make sure it's right. In the meantime, it's time to call the corporate offices and file a complaint. read more

The service is great, but the workers tend to be on the slow side when it comes to getting the order ready when you're waiting in the drive thru. I try not to post negative things unless it is a gross error. I go thru drive-thru, order Large Coke Zero easy ice and 3 jalapenos. I get to window and she says "Diet Coke?" I say, "Coke Zero". She hands me back change and a receipt (JIB# 3255) that says Jal Poppers 3 and Large Coke. I drive away without checking because, well?, it's just one small thing. I open bag later on and find an eggroll. With ranch dressing. I am sorry. If you cannot even get a soda and one item right you should not be there.
