Beautifully decorated for the holidays! Very good ambience. Warm cozy, and inviting. I had a hot latte, it was very good. Ordered the pesto chicken sandwich for lunch, it was a solid choice. It's very crowded, but service was prompt and friendly. Bathrooms are clean. There is free parking in the garage underneath the complex. A great place to meet with friends or have a coffee date. People being their laptops but it's loud and crowded, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're going to take up a seat all day. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

JoJo's Espresso is such a gem! It's great to read about their humble beginnings and see where they're at now. They have wonderful service, great coffee and excellent pastries. The brown sugar cinnamon bagel is a hit. It's a perfect balance between sweet and savory. Even better, the croissants look like I could go for seconds in one visit. Americano is hot and made right. Also, they go all out for Christmas and it's SO COOL. I'm loving the Christmas spirit inside while having some delicious coffee. This one is a must.

Very cute coffee shop! Super busy and the staff was super efficient! It seems they even have mobile/online ordering options for quick pick-up. I really enjoyed my cold brew, the seasonal Almond Joy Ride Cold Brew! Perfect balance of sweetness, flavor, and pure java! I do wish the açaí bowl was a bit more balanced--more açaí, less toppings, easier on the Nutella. Instead of drizzled with Nutella, my bowl was covered/slathered. I'm a Nutella fan and I appreciate the generosity, but I kinda felt like I was eating dessert for breakfast. The cold brew and the JoJo's Bowl was $23 with tax and tip.

Stopped into today around 4:30pm for a tea. Omg everyone was inside enjoying the space. I ended up ordering a FRIENDSHIP tea to go. It is sooo delicious. It contains Black Tea | Tang | Lemonade | Cinnamon | Clove. Such a great choice for those brisk days we've been having. Its sweet with wonderful notes of spice. I absolutely loved it.

Love the seasonal variety! Too bad the bourbon series are for the actual coffee bean and cannot be done decaf :( Such is the life of a decaf drinker... Ambiance is very warm & cute and love the cozy but plentiful back patio seating!

I love the food and drinks at jojos. Their matcha is my favorite in Germantown/ Collierville. I love how they have fun seasonal flavors and even at half sweet it tastes delicious with their quality matcha. I also adore the bacon egg and cheese bagel. The workers are very friendly, however the line has gotten quite crazy. Expect a wait if you order in person. Try ordering Togo online to skip the wait. Their new location has the best coffee shop atmosphere around. Many people working on laptops and reading but the shop gets quite loud on weekends especially.

I've been a few times, when they were in the smaller space and now in the bigger space. The coffee here is delicious. I looove that bourbon barrel vanilla latte. The new space is muuuch bigger and nicer. More space to spread out although it's been packed every time. I haven't tried the food so I can't speak to that, but the drinks are top notch. I will say the service is a bit lacking for me and because it's so busy, I often have to wait 10-15 minutes for my drink. No worries for real but I do think the service could be a bit better.

First time visiting JoJos espresso and even on a Tuesday afternoon it is packed with people. Despite being busy the atmosphere is still so chill and quiet. Everything looks so delicious and the specialty coffees my family and I ordered all tasted great.

What a vibe! The ambiance is just lovely from the decor to the staff to the patio is just lovely. This place is tucked away in a quaint and clean shopping area. The visit was for coffee but they do have light food, i.e. sandwiches, wraps, etc. My usual iced matcha had a strawberry cold foam with regular milk and it was good. I also tried an acai bowel, Neshoba bowel and loved it. Service was good and staff was very helpful. It was busy but didn't feel crowded for a Saturday at 11am. We moved to the patio with a nice breeze in this Memphis heat. The price was on point and parking was descent.

This is the coffee shop we most prefer for the lunch hour. I come to have a gourmet sandwich, great coffee while doing computer work, while my college student does the same, except with tea. The music isn't overbearing or at a volume you have to talk over...neither are the patrons, in our experience. The staff has always been friendly and kindly accommodating despite our food allergy issues. The ONLY complaint I have...is the prices of many items, both food and drink, are extremely expensive in comparison to other locations. It does cause us to go elsewhere sometimes, or eat before we go!

Visited JoJo's espresso for the first time yesterday and I absolutely loved everything about it. For starters is a legitimate coffee shop with legitimate crafted coffee beverages. Their menu is simple enough to understand, but also a complex enough to appreciate the craft that goes into your beverage. The aesthetic of the restaurant is also very relaxing and opening. I loved the countless pieces of art on the wall that resemble different parts of Europe, mainly Italy. Also, the staff was extremely helpful and fast with making our drinks! I wasn't able to try and their pastries this time because I had just left brunch and it was very full, but I am excited to try them next time because they looked amazing! Can't wait to come back

Always a great espresso pull harmonized with milk textured into a jazz ensemble of excellence. The hard part is deciding which item to order. Fortunately for my wallet and waist line, the baked goods are priced beyond comfort. I'd surely spend $3.50ish for their $5 muffins, and any muffin worth $5+ would exceed the size and calorie count beyond reason.

Delicious food, creative coffee, and chai teas! The Iced chai tea latte tasted amazing. The lavender lemonade also tasted great. I didn't try the lavender green tea matcha latte but it was a work of art being delivered to a nearby table. I custom ordered the chicken havarti sandwich as a salad. I will definitely be ordering this again. YUMMY! Sandwiches come with potato chips. Jo Jo's also offers wraps, salads, and some bakery items. Gluten free bagels and muffins are available but quickly sell out very early thus you may want to call if GF is a must for you. This place was hopping busy during weekday lunch with four seating options: inside high tops, inside tables/booths, outside front patio, and outside back patio. A private conference room can be reserved for $25/hour. The restroom was clean and the staff knows good customer service. The ambiance vibes clean, inviting, fresh, and cozy. Withheld a 5/5 review since tortillas for wraps and GF options had run out. Very highly recommend and will return!

Coffee and food ( bacon egg and cheese on a croissant) were first rate. The only problem is that the rest of my party kept taking bites :)

The cake was decorated decently, however, the inside of the cake layers is buttercream. I found this out after I already took a generous bite and I have been struggling with my stomach since then. The cream cheese icing used was almost unbearably sweet, so unfortunately, a good portion of the cake slices were thrown away and the remainder of the cake will have to be disposed of. I worked in an Italian bakery in NYC for a few years and have never tasted an icing that was THIS sweet. On top of everything else, the cake was supposed to be lemon flavored. I'm assuming they "baste" their cakes either a lemon flavoring because the only area that had any lemon flavoring was the immediately part touching the buttercream that I threw away after the first bite. Overall, I am beyond thankful that my husband wanted to gift me a beautiful and delicious cake, even remembering that I have intolerances to buttercream and my love for lemons, unfortunately, Miss Muff'n did not deliver a good product. We won't be returning customers.

Snowa ("With Snow") Bakery and Cafe is a Korean bakery and cafe located in Germantown…read more There's plenty of parking, as it's a private lot shared with other businesses. Upon entering, you'll find about twelve tables in the dining area and a water station to the left. On the far right, there's a ramen station where you can make your own ramen and enjoy it on-site -- similar to the convenience stores found in Korea. The bakery section is on the far left near the register, offering around ten different freshly baked treats. FOOD: Bulgogi Kimbap (4/5): There are three kimbap options -- bulgogi, tuna, or veggie. It's cooked rice with various fillings (carrots, pickled radish, spinach, eggs), rolled in dried seaweed, and sliced into bite-sized pieces. Unlike sushi, the rice is seasoned with sesame oil and salt. You really can't go wrong with this classic. Tonkatsu (Fried Pork Cutlet, 4/5): Breaded and deep-fried until golden and crisp, this dish comes in a generous portion. I had to take half home for dinner. It's classically served with rice and shredded cabbage salad with a creamy sesame dressing. There was a good amount of kimchi and yellow pickled radish on the side. Green Tea Bing Su (4/5): Perfectly refreshing for hot Memphis summers, this Korean shaved ice dessert is topped with sweetened red beans, almond slices, and green tea ice cream. It's light, sweet, and satisfying. Dalgona Coffee (3/5): Dalgona is a crunchy honeycomb toffee with a caramelized flavor (as seen in Squid Game). The large dalgona pieces on top slowly melt into the coffee. A bit too sweet for my taste, but it was fun to try. The service is mostly self-serve after your food is brought to the table, with a water and utensil station available near the entrance. Would I come back? Absolutely!
