They've moved things around so it looks different but I'm not sure if that's because of covid or not. They also sell some additional cute little things now too, though I forgot to take a picture. The cupcakes themselves are moist and delicious. The icing is also fantastic. Interestingly enough, the Caramel Crunch cupcake tastes better after being in the fridge overnight. Before, it's ok. After, it's amazing and the icing changes consistency. I tried this with the Chai Tea Latte but it just didn't work and I still didn't like it. The margarita was just ok. He specifically ordered everything to not include…read moreor be done with any sort of buttercream because on top of buttercream making me very sick, it also does not agree with my body and then I have numerous days of torture ahead. The cake was decorated decently, however, the inside of the cake layers is buttercream. I found this out after I already took a generous bite and I have been struggling with my stomach since then. The cream cheese icing used was almost unbearably sweet, so unfortunately, a good portion of the cake slices were thrown away and the remainder of the cake will have to be disposed of. I worked in an Italian bakery in NYC for a few years and have never tasted an icing that was THIS sweet. On top of everything else, the cake was supposed to be lemon flavored. I'm assuming they "baste" their cakes either a lemon flavoring because the only area that had any lemon flavoring was the immediately part touching the buttercream that I threw away after the first bite. Overall, I am beyond thankful that my husband wanted to gift me a beautiful and delicious cake, even remembering that I have intolerances to buttercream and my love for lemons, unfortunately, Miss Muff'n did not deliver a good product. We won't be returning customers.

The strawberry cake is a large 3 layer cake with a strawberry jam and icing on the inside layers. Their cakes taste like your grandmother made each and every one with love. Delicious and perfectly made! They do custom cakes, wedding cakes, cookies, cake balls, etc. Once entering the small store, you will see a display of bakery sweets that you can buy. I usually buy myself a cake ball or cookie when I'm picking up my order. I definitely recommend Miss Muff'n! Go check them out in Germantown near saddle creek!

She said her smoothie was very good. My Americano hit the spot. The Bingsu had shaved ice, rice cake pieces, condensed milk, mango and ice cream on top. I really enjoyed that delicacy! I will come back to eat that again! The restaurant is very clean and inviting. There are pastries from a Korean bakery in Atlanta available. I will come again to try those. There are other cakes and desserts available in a cold case by the service counter. There is a ramen station to make different types of instant ramen., The owner was very nice. It was our fist time there and she was very patient with is as we weren't sure what we wanted to order. I will definitely return. Great place to come enjoy some excellent food and desserts.

Snowa ("With Snow") Bakery and Cafe is a Korean bakery and cafe located in Germantown…read more There's plenty of parking, as it's a private lot shared with other businesses. Upon entering, you'll find about twelve tables in the dining area and a water station to the left. On the far right, there's a ramen station where you can make your own ramen and enjoy it on-site -- similar to the convenience stores found in Korea. The bakery section is on the far left near the register, offering around ten different freshly baked treats. FOOD: Bulgogi Kimbap (4/5): There are three kimbap options -- bulgogi, tuna, or veggie. It's cooked rice with various fillings (carrots, pickled radish, spinach, eggs), rolled in dried seaweed, and sliced into bite-sized pieces. Unlike sushi, the rice is seasoned with sesame oil and salt. You really can't go wrong with this classic. Tonkatsu (Fried Pork Cutlet, 4/5): Breaded and deep-fried until golden and crisp, this dish comes in a generous portion. I had to take half home for dinner. It's classically served with rice and shredded cabbage salad with a creamy sesame dressing. There was a good amount of kimchi and yellow pickled radish on the side. Green Tea Bing Su (4/5): Perfectly refreshing for hot Memphis summers, this Korean shaved ice dessert is topped with sweetened red beans, almond slices, and green tea ice cream. It's light, sweet, and satisfying. Dalgona Coffee (3/5): Dalgona is a crunchy honeycomb toffee with a caramelized flavor (as seen in Squid Game). The large dalgona pieces on top slowly melt into the coffee. A bit too sweet for my taste, but it was fun to try. The service is mostly self-serve after your food is brought to the table, with a water and utensil station available near the entrance. Would I come back? Absolutely!

When I walked in to the store, it was bright and vibrant, and the three large mixers immediately caught my eye. Additionally, the person helping us was friendly and smiling. The smell, vibrancy, and friendliness of the staff are pluses. The reason for only three stars is based off the cookie. I had the lemon glazed. First, the icing flavor is very robust, and I enjoyed it. However, the cookie was extremely undercooked. Very doughy in the center. Of course I'm a bit over weight...so I still ate 90% of it, but it could've been so much better with an extra minute in the oven. If the cookie would've been in the oven just a little bit longer this would be a five star review. But after paying $4 for the cookie and then being prompted to tip $2, I feel as if I did not get the value for the price. With that being said. I still recommend you try it out. This could've been just a one off and/or you might like a little bit of adoughy cookie.

I happen to drive past the germantown location and stopped to get more. I didn't check them before I left but when I got home, noticed they were smaller and almost burnt. They even tasted different. I called 3 different times, left one voicemail and never heard back. I returned to the store the next day and showed them the cookies and was told rudely they should look like that and it was nothing they could do. The display cookie didn't even look like this. I asked if they could be replaced and she said no. She offered a refund and snatched the cookies off the counter and said there you go after entering the refund. She was rude the entire time. I drove 10 min to a different location, met with a warm welcome and ordered the same cookies that look and taste much better. If you have to pick a location choose Collierville or Mendenhall. They are pretty expensive to not get what you should receive.
