I called to let them know that we were not satisfied and I was told to bring the cake back for a refund. When I arrived I was told that they have to test the cake first to see if it is not good (that is not what was said over the phone). They took the cake to the back and then returned to the counter and told me there was nothing wrong with the cake so they won't honor the refund that I was promised over the phone. I have always received great service from this bakery but this time the food and customer service was terrible. I will never spend my money on there again.

It was so moist and had the perfect amount of frosting. Also, I'm super impressed by the fact that she uses natural food pigments instead of artificial dyes to color her cakes (in this instance, blueberry powder). We will definitely be ordering from her again! Of note, the bakery can be a little hard to find at first, and it is tucked away within the Memphis Co-op here in Cordova. I ordered a butterscotch caramel latte that was flavored with half of the sweetness. It was so tasty. I opted not to order any sweet cookies that day. The service is always on point and I love the decor and pleasant and inviting vibes from this quaint coffee shop and bakery. I know I will return to enjoy more coffee on another day.
