This place deserves zero stars! Poor customer service, No one even greeted us when we walked in to pick our cake up and this was after spending 10 minutes on hold trying to order it in the first place b/c no one had a clue as to how to take the order. Then upon p/u the cake was not what we ordered but there was no time to redo it..We were offered a credit for ten dollars on a $60.00 cake! then the sugar cookies we had on the side were unedible because they were so stale. Buyer Beware..NO CREDIT CARDS! Cash only business! Hmmmm, This is 2011 last I checked read more

More than 3/4 of the product sold in this bakery come in frozen///EX: Pies, and ALL cookies come frozen in a box and from what we have discovered they are a delivered PILLSBURY product. Also and most disturbing is The CAKES are made two to three days ahead of time before ,in some cases you even place a order for them. We found out the hard way when the date was left on the gold board of a carrot cake and were told it was only a mistake b.c it came out of the freezer not to long ago! WHAT?? I will never shop here again! Save your money read more

The cake was decorated decently, however, the inside of the cake layers is buttercream. I found this out after I already took a generous bite and I have been struggling with my stomach since then. The cream cheese icing used was almost unbearably sweet, so unfortunately, a good portion of the cake slices were thrown away and the remainder of the cake will have to be disposed of. I worked in an Italian bakery in NYC for a few years and have never tasted an icing that was THIS sweet. On top of everything else, the cake was supposed to be lemon flavored. I'm assuming they "baste" their cakes either a lemon flavoring because the only area that had any lemon flavoring was the immediately part touching the buttercream that I threw away after the first bite. Overall, I am beyond thankful that my husband wanted to gift me a beautiful and delicious cake, even remembering that I have intolerances to buttercream and my love for lemons, unfortunately, Miss Muff'n did not deliver a good product. We won't be returning customers.

My mission was simple: grab a cupcake for my wife's early morning birthday celebration and leave like a responsible adult. Instead, I walked out with an entire cake, multiple cookies, and somehow joined the loyalty program like I had signed a legally binding dessert contract. The problem is the display case. Everything behind that glass looks so good you start making emotional financial decisions. I ended up getting the vanilla rose cake for my wife, and it was absolutely incredible--light, flavorful, and the kind of cake that makes people suddenly "just want one more bite" six times in a row. But the real danger? Those butter cookies. Soft, chewy, buttery perfection. Honestly, those things should come with a warning label. They are straight-up sin in cookie form. If you value self-control, keep your distance. Otherwise, prepare to develop a full-blown dependency after the first bite. Frost Bake Shop absolutely got us, and honestly... I decided to give A&A a try after coming across this business on yelp. Upon entering, I was greeted by a very friendly lady. The young lady informed me that the cake was a tres leche cake, which was something I wasn't familiar with. She explained the process to me and I decided to order a slice first. She gave me a fork and I was able to taste the slice I purchased. Oh my goodness, it was so good!!!! She told me that it would be moist and that it would probably come across as "wet" to some, but I thought it was excellent! The flavor was great and I loved the fact that the icing wasn't extremely sweet. It was not like the typical buttercream icing. I purchased the cake and did not tell others that it was a tres leche cake. (I wanted to see how they would feel about the slightly different texture.) Everyone at the gathering absolutely loved the cake!! I am so thankful that I decided to drop in to this place. We now have a go-to bakery that we will use for all occasions! Highly recommend!!
