I was on a different side of town ride in a one round trying to find something tasty for a special location or celebration and then just so happens after I get towards a Cordova area, I see love I made the call and I spoke to a very professional and friendly person by the name of Sean/Shaun and Sean/Shaun called ahead and let them know what I was interested in placing an ordering and I would like to try a variety and I ordered a dozen what I received was friendly service a dozen of the most delicious, looking cheesecake decorative like I said I got a variety so I had. I think it was strawberry shortcake. There was banana pudding. There was an Oreo, cookies, and Cream , then I saw what I think was a chocolate drizzle with walnuts on top that was my favorite. My first favorite was the Oreo and I took like the rest of the assortment to his class with the other teacher and staff staffers that helped. They all agreed that it was also yummy and I asked them which ones were their favorite so for the third time the Oreo was mentioned again. The next one that was mentioned right after that was the banana pudding. I like that one as well and third, but definitely not least is the strawberry shortcake . Everyone has a different pallet and some people like 30 berries in strawberries other style and textures with that being understood idea, love five-star, and I recommend anyone that would like to try decadent cheesecake cheesecake varieties or third and cheese cake flavor do you love a try I did, and it made for very special day.

It was so moist and had the perfect amount of frosting. Also, I'm super impressed by the fact that she uses natural food pigments instead of artificial dyes to color her cakes (in this instance, blueberry powder). We will definitely be ordering from her again! Of note, the bakery can be a little hard to find at first, and it is tucked away within the Memphis Co-op here in Cordova. The cake was decorated decently, however, the inside of the cake layers is buttercream. I found this out after I already took a generous bite and I have been struggling with my stomach since then. The cream cheese icing used was almost unbearably sweet, so unfortunately, a good portion of the cake slices were thrown away and the remainder of the cake will have to be disposed of. I worked in an Italian bakery in NYC for a few years and have never tasted an icing that was THIS sweet. On top of everything else, the cake was supposed to be lemon flavored. I'm assuming they "baste" their cakes either a lemon flavoring because the only area that had any lemon flavoring was the immediately part touching the buttercream that I threw away after the first bite. Overall, I am beyond thankful that my husband wanted to gift me a beautiful and delicious cake, even remembering that I have intolerances to buttercream and my love for lemons, unfortunately, Miss Muff'n did not deliver a good product. A lot of the businesses seem quite busy, so parking is a little bit of a hassle, but not too bad. I rolled into a very nicely decorated, welcoming space. It's roomier than I expected with plenty of tables to work, eat, or gather. They offer coffee drinks, pastries, and even full breakfast and lunch - think sandwiches, fruit bowls, salads, waffles, etc. I made my way to the register. The young lady who took my order was effusively nice and very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her a little bit - apparently, neither one of us are from the Memphis area, haha. I ordered a latte of some sort (can't remember the exact name but it was their take on a biscoff cookie latte) and a muffin to go. I was able to make myself a quick complementary cup of cool water at the self-serve station as well as napkins, straws, etc. my order came out quickly. Overall, I was quite pleased. The muffin was loaded with chocolate chips and also had very pleasant notes of cinnamon and other warming spices. The latte had the perfect amount of ice in it and a discernible, fairly strong biscoff taste, which I enjoyed. My one main wish was that it been mixed a bit more before served; most of the syrup was at the bottom and came through in either gigantic overwhelming mouthfuls or not at all. However, that was a fairly easy remedy to render myself with a few good stirs of my straw. I'd say this visit is a 4.5. This coffee shop is close to my aunt's house and I will definitely return next time we visit the Memphis area. If quality remains consistent, it'll be an easy round up to a 5 next time.
