The lattes came out within 2 minutes and I grabbed the snack while paying but the Danish takes nearly 20 additional minutes. During that time I saw the line cycle through about 3 times. I finally went to the counter asking where my Danish is and they rudely say it's in the oven. I'm thinking to myself, it's already been 20 minutes, how much more time can it possibly be in the oven? So I asked "how much longer" and they wouldn't give me an answer. I waited about 3-4 more minutes and the lady finally brings it out. Wow, they need to take some lessons from Starbucks or something. Based on my experience, I will be trying other coffee shops next time I visit Memphis.
