I am incredibly hard to please when it comes to getting my nails done. Tiffany, you are an angel from above. She did a dip manicure and it turned out so beautiful and natural looking. Thank you. And Lily gave me the chamomile pedi. She has hands of silk. She is meticulous. Both ladies were sweet and kind. Great customer service. Thank you so much!! I'll be back for sure!! read more

Love this nail salon! Kim is amazing and so is Vivian. I also love that they do pedis and Mani's at the same time. Most nail salons are usually understaffed so it takes forever. read more

Got my nails done here for the first time and I will definitely be back! I'm EXTREMELY picky about my nail shape and was super nervous to have someone new (to me) doing my nails. Cassie assured me that I was in good hands and she was right! She shaped my nails exactly the way I like them and perfected the design I showed her. read more

I have burn marks on my eyes from an eyebrow wax. I was told not to go see a doctor, repeatedly. I was told that my experience is completely normal and that this is because of my skin, and that it's all fine and ok. Turns out, their wax burned parts of my face and my upper eyelids. They put wax on area of my eyelids that wax does not belong, wax shouldn't even go near. Hot piping wax on my eyes, not where hair grows. Repeatedly, I was told that I should not go see a doctor and that it was all normal. It's concerning that there is so little regard, care, attention for safety at this establishment. I've asked the manager to have the owner contact me, still, nothing. read more

First time today and already loving this place. Staff is welcoming and friendly. The place has a good vibe, relaxing and very clean. I had Theresa for my mani and Nancy for my pedi. Got the gel pedi with signature pedicure spa and Nancy did a good job on the spa treatment. Theresa also did a good job on my gel mani. They did my nails neatly and precisely as how I want it. Price is a bit higher than other places I have been to, but considering the location and the service I received it is quite reasonable. I recommend this and will be back soon. read more

Amber did an amazing job on my nails!! I love dipping powder (since it totally saved my nails), but I have never tried ombre or almond shaped nails before. I wanted a special birthday manicure and she gave me BOTH -- exactly what I wanted! She had no complaints about me wanting a shorter length so I can type at work, and she paid soooo much attention to detail, it was truly a first. I'm so happy. Tiffany and Nancy are great too. They're all very sweet, and the place has such a clean feel all around. I love this new salon so much. Come try them out read more

WORST NAIL APPT EVER! I called this salon 2 days ago to make appt for Sunday based on a recommendation for Eddy to do my daughters nails. Yvonne was lovely and answered the phone but sadly we could not hear her at all. Horrible static and too much background noise in their salon. So we called back at closing time which was much better, and Yvonne answered the phone again. She was great that I was excited to come to this new place. I specifically told her that I wanted Eddy to do my daughters nails based on what our friend told us and she said that Eddy would not be working on Sunday but could we come on Monday instead. At first I said thats ok, we will go elsewhere. Then I called back 5 mins later to say that we were able to come Monday after all for our appt with Eddy and she said Tiffany would do mine. I was very clear that I only wanted Eddy to do my daughter and she assured me that if we came at 1pm all would be good. Well it WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL. We showed up at 12:59pm. Was told by the staff to sit down. (we were never asked to wash our hands). But we noticed the sink ourselves and used it. One of the things I noticed was that every single girl was busy with customers. (2 girls were with one woman in a massage chair) We sat in our seats for 15 mins with no one giving us any attention whatsoever. I looked at my watch, which Teresa noticed and she said, "Don't worry, Lily is coming now". I was confused by that since our appt was with Tiffany and Eddy. 5 more mins went by and Lily came to set up her equipment in front of me but still no Eddy. Its now 1:25pm!!! I asked Lilly if Eddy was coming soon as I needed our nails to be done at the same time so I can go back to work and my daughter back to school. She informs me that Eddy is not there. I was absolutely shocked and asked why didn't anyone tell me this prior to our appt? She said, Eddy no work on Monday. I said that's not possible based on what Yvonne told me. Lily tells me Monday is always Eddy's day off. So now I am frustrated and have no idea who is doing my daughters nails. Lily gets started on my nails and its now 1:45apm and no one has started on my daughter yet! UNREAL. 45 mins at a nail salon where we had a set 1:00pm appt and she is just sitting there twiddling her thumbs. We were not offered anything to drink, we were not given any apologies, just kept being told, NO worries, No worries, we will finish with your daughter. I get my nails done on a regular basis and the staff started criticizing my former manicurist which upset me bc I actually like how she does my DIP POWDER and shapes my nails, but when Teresea came over to start on my daughter 50 mins AFTER our appt time, she kept going on and on about how great Jojo Nails does their nails and Lily kept pointing out how she was doing my cuticles and how she was so much better then my other manicurist (my manicurist couldn't make it this week). I would've preferred if THEY had actually been on time for us instead of patting themselves on the back over and over! So ridiculous. Does it get better?!? OH HECK NO. Teresa actually hurt my daughter about 6 times ignoring my daughters face who is grimacing in pain and then had the nerve to tell us she had to leave again to go finish the women behind us sitting in the massage chair (they were working on her when we arrived) and she is getting far more attention then us). I couldn't believe she left in the middle of doing my daughters nails. She said, I'll be back in 5 mins, just need to finish this lady. Was she back in 5 mins?!?! NOPE....she was gone for 23 mins! So Lily kept doing her work as slow as she could bc my daughters was not getting her nails done and I kept looking at Teresa and looking at the clock. ITS NOW 2:40pm! Been there for 90 mins and neither of us are done. (We were just getting a fill). Finally Teresa comes back and I tell her that I don't like it that Lily is almost done with me but has not shaped my nails at all and I reminded them I didn't like the square shape at all. They actually blame me for not speaking up again about the shape. THIS IS MY FAULT!??!! are you serious! It was at this point that a woman named IVY came in and immediately noticed that another mom/daughter had been waiting and we were STILL NOT DONE! She asked what was going on. I told her that my appt was 1:00pm and its 2:50pm and we are not done yet. She starts yelling at the staff which made me cry and I just wanted to leave at this point. She tells Lily to move from her chair and she sat down. The other mom/daughter walked out because they had been kept waiting over an hour. I tell Ivy to stop yelling and she starts accusing me of being the bad customer. I couldn't believe it. I begged IVY to please stop as she continued to humiliate me in front of customers but she stands up in front of my face RANTING. AND They charged us FULL PRICE $80. NEVER GOING BACK! - My daughter hated it there too read more

I used to like this salon but it seems like their quality has gone down. I came in for a gel mani and pedi the lady kind of persuaded me into dip powder as she said it'll last longer than gel which usually lasts me around 2 weeks. So I went along with it and literally every single one of my nails were off before the week was over. Even my gel pedi was subpar and messing up within a week. I definitely wont be returning here after this horrible experience. read more

Made an appointment for 2:00...arrived at 1:45 to check in and sat and waited until 3:00 to begin pedicure/dip manicure. Another customer had to ask if someone was going to do her nails since her appointment was at 1:30 and she was still waiting at 2:30. Several customers arrived but then walked out as they were sitting and waiting anywhere from 30-40 minutes. Two days later w/ a $50 dip manicure and $45 pedicure that took 3 hours to complete the dip on one nail chipped in half and then completely fell off another nail and 5 days later the dip fell off all 10 nails!!!!! Definitely not going back! Not quite sure how this place had such positive reviews....only thing I can assume is because the ladies working were super sweet....all 4 of them! read more
