Do not bring your vehicle here for service!…read more Brought it in for a CEL that was covered under warranty. I dropped it off on Friday 1/2. They didn't even begin to diagnose the vehicle until 1/6 (it turned out to be a problem with the coolant system). During those several days I tried to check in with the service advisors to see any progress as I hadn't heard a thing. No matter how many times I called no one would answer the phone. I ended up having to drive to the dealership multiple times to get any updates. After a series of poor communication through the week, the vehicle was finally ready to be picked up Saturday 1/10. Well not even 3 hours after getting it back, the check engine light came back on. The dealer was closed by then until Monday so I did some work of my own to diagnose the problem. The "technicians" didn't bleed the coolant lines of air after they filled it back up. So my jeep was running very low on coolant. I brought the jeep back to them on Monday 1/12 first thing in the morning. They confirmed there was air in the lines, they bleed the lines of air and filled it back up and returned it to me. Well later that very same day, I turn off the jeep and it just completely dies. No lights on dash or anything. The battery was toast, so I called them back. They said the technicians didn't touch the battery and there was no way I can prove they caused the battery to die. I was on my own with replacing it. Sure it could've been coincidence that the battery died on its own, but based on past incompetence it doesn't look good on them. Overall horrible service, bad to nonexistent communication, and incompetence in the techs that caused multiple issues where I had to bring my jeep back to them to fix

A few months ago, I brought my 2022 Raptor in for The Works service package. After getting home, I noticed part of my splash shield had been left off during the oil change. I called the dealership, and they asked me to come back. When I arrived, they couldn't locate the missing piece and told me they would order a replacement. A few days later, they called to let me know the part had arrived. I told them I wouldn't be able to bring the truck back for a few days, and when I finally did, I explained the entire situation to the service advisor. He seemed confused at first, but eventually told me he had figured everything out and that they'd take care of it. I waited in the lobby for two hours. When the advisor came to get me, he said my truck was ready. Given my previous experience, I decided to verify the repair before leaving. To my surprise, the splash shield was still missing. I had just spent two hours waiting for absolutely nothing to be done, yet I was told the repair had been completed. That completely destroyed my confidence in the service department. Fast forward to today. I had no choice but to return for another The Works service since there aren't many Ford dealerships in my area. Before handing over my keys, I explained what had happened during my previous visit and emphasized that I simply wanted the work done correctly. The service advisor assured me everything would be handled properly. A few hours later, I received a call informing me that the technician had forgotten to put my wheel lock key back in my truck. At this point, it's no longer an isolated mistake, it's a pattern of carelessness and a lack of quality control. When customers are paying to have their vehicles serviced, they should be able to trust that basic procedures are followed and that their vehicle is returned complete. The service advisors have generally been polite, but the repeated mistakes and apparent lack of oversight reflect poorly on the leadership of the service department. Based on my experiences, management needs to take a much more active role in ensuring work is completed correctly before vehicles are returned to customers.

I am beyond frustrated and honestly disgusted by my experience at Toyota of Denton. I visited this…read moredealership three separate times trying to buy a 2026 RAV4, and each time I was treated with more disrespect and dishonesty than the last. I understand negotiating back and forth on price -- that's normal, that's fine. But what happened on my third visit, July 15, 2026, was not normal. I sat down with a manager, we agreed on a price, and I signed the proposal. In my experience with other dealerships, that signature means the deal is done. Then, out of nowhere, a second manager came out and told me they could not honor the price the first manager had just agreed to and signed off on. How does that even happen internally? Why am I being passed between employees who apparently can't agree on what their own dealership is authorized to sell a car for? We had no choice but to walk away, completely blindsided. Then, the very next day, July 16, 2026, the SAME manager who had originally agreed to the price called me back and offered me a final price on the RAV4. I said yes. I received a text message and a voicemail confirming the deal. Less than a minute later, I got ANOTHER text telling me the car had already been sold to someone else. I am absolutely stunned. This isn't a case of a dealership trying to get more money for a car -- that I could understand, even if I didn't like it. This is flat-out dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful treatment of a customer who was ready to buy, in writing, on the record. I wasted my time, my trust, and my patience on a dealership that clearly does not stand behind its own word.

I sent an email the night before to see if the car I was interested in was available. The next morning just before 9am I received a call from Christian telling me it was available. He promptly requested I come in to view the vehicle and we briefly discussed my trade. We ended up coming in about an hour after our scheduled time (sorry if you're reading this) and were promptly greeted by a sales associate in a casual manner. We told him we were here to see Christian. Christian introduced himself and was very kind to everyone including my 4 kids. We went on a lengthy test drive per my husband's request. We chatted about numbers and told him that we knew where we wanted to be. Guess what... we walked out the door right where we wanted to be. Please know that this place is a high volume dealer, despite its hole in the wall appearance. If you call and a car sells before you make it in, don't be surprised. We saw this happen multiple times in our short time there. Also, know that they will work with you and your credit situation. Multiple people were shocked and very relieved that they could get approved. They are definitely good at what they do in the best way. Everyone we worked with was kind and answered all of my husband's questions. Thank you to everyone. We appreciate your help and are enjoying a car that finally fits our family.

That took about an hour of our time, not great but not the reason for the low review. After deciding on one, we were given an offer lowballing our trade in by $7k compared to two other offers we had received. When we removed our trade from the deal, they added $1,000 to the asking price of the vehicle because "that price requires you to finance through us, it's disclosed on the internet". Well, it's not disclosed on the ads we responded to, and if it had been then it would have been a high price compared to the market.
