Great experience with Francisco buying my new to me Ram! Got the whole thing done in maybe an hour…read more Best thing about this dealership is that they don't charge you for all the add on's that some dealerships do, so their pricing is pretty straightforward. Yall got me in my dream truck! Thank you Francisco (and manager Mike), I'm beyond thrilled!

I don't usually leave reviews, but after multiple experiences with this dealership's service…read moredepartment, I feel obligated to warn others. A few months ago, I brought my 2022 Raptor in for The Works service package. After getting home, I noticed part of my splash shield had been left off during the oil change. I called the dealership, and they asked me to come back. When I arrived, they couldn't locate the missing piece and told me they would order a replacement. A few days later, they called to let me know the part had arrived. I told them I wouldn't be able to bring the truck back for a few days, and when I finally did, I explained the entire situation to the service advisor. He seemed confused at first, but eventually told me he had figured everything out and that they'd take care of it. I waited in the lobby for two hours. When the advisor came to get me, he said my truck was ready. Given my previous experience, I decided to verify the repair before leaving. To my surprise, the splash shield was still missing. I had just spent two hours waiting for absolutely nothing to be done, yet I was told the repair had been completed. That completely destroyed my confidence in the service department. Fast forward to today. I had no choice but to return for another The Works service since there aren't many Ford dealerships in my area. Before handing over my keys, I explained what had happened during my previous visit and emphasized that I simply wanted the work done correctly. The service advisor assured me everything would be handled properly. A few hours later, I received a call informing me that the technician had forgotten to put my wheel lock key back in my truck. At this point, it's no longer an isolated mistake, it's a pattern of carelessness and a lack of quality control. When customers are paying to have their vehicles serviced, they should be able to trust that basic procedures are followed and that their vehicle is returned complete. The service advisors have generally been polite, but the repeated mistakes and apparent lack of oversight reflect poorly on the leadership of the service department. Based on my experiences, management needs to take a much more active role in ensuring work is completed correctly before vehicles are returned to customers.

Based on that experience I said when I was in the market for a new vehicle I would give them an opportunity. I had several choices on a new vehicle and narrowed it down to Toyota Tundra or GMC Sierra. Today, I signed the papers on the new GMC. I'm impressed with the overall quality of the truck and I made the right decision for myself and my family. If I had not had an issue with my truck having a blowout in front of this dealership I would've never even thought of a GMC. Katie Wilkins made this deal about as easy as a deal can be. Zero pressure & kept me fully informed on the make ready process.

During past visits, technicians clearly took pride in their work. Unfortunately, the service on this visit fell far below acceptable standards: Interior & Exterior Cleanliness: There were greasy oil and glove smudges across the hood and throughout the interior. Workmanship: The day after service, I found a 6-inch oil puddle under the truck. While it appears to have been residual oil, it indicates the technician failed to wipe down the underside after completing the work. Basic Maintenance Checks: The windshield washer fluid was completely empty, raising questions about whether a standard multi-point inspection was performed at all. I expect a significantly higher level of attention to detail from your service department. If cost reductions or rushed service have compromised your quality standards, please let me know so I can take my business elsewhere. I look forward to hearing how you plan to address these issues." No response, not even a "Hey we are checking on this issue...." automated type response. NEVER had a problem when it was James Woods...Not sure WHAT happened but I am NOT happy at all....We take care of our vehicles - but obviously Tom Clark doesn't....Anyone from Tom Clark reading this, please check your systems to see if you have received any communique about this - if not, then your online communication system is BROKEN.....Hence another issue....AND that some of your "services" still say James Woods and NOT Tom Clark.....

They are going above and beyond by replacing everything wrong with the truck and putting new tires on the vehicle before I come pick it up. Terrible Communication and Customer Service…read more I took my truck to this location Dodge Ram dealership (Denton) on Wednesday because they assured me they could get it in quickly for a diagnostic, despite being 35 minutes from my house. My service advisor, Frank, promised an update by Friday morning at the absolute latest. I reached out twice on Thursday and again Friday morning, with no response. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach someone by phone, I drove back to the dealership, only to find out that my truck hadn't even been looked at! Frank explained that he was off Thursday and was trying to catch up on messages. To make matters worse, the customer service was poor from the moment I arrived. Nobody greeted or acknowledged me for several minutes when I initially pulled into the service center. The only bright spot was the Service Director, Waco, who seemed to be the only person capable of communicating effectively and actually getting answers. Unfortunately, one person shouldn't have to make up for an entire department's lack of communication. Another disappointment was the pricing. Denton was going to charge approximately $250 for a diagnostic, while the Lewisville dealership quoted me just $175 for the same service. I ended up taking my truck to Lewisville on Friday, and the difference was night and day! Multiple employees immediately approached to assist me, and the communication was significantly better from the start. Save yourself the headache and avoid this location. Even if Denton is your closest dealership, I strongly recommend driving a little farther for better service. Communication is one of the most basic expectations of any business, and if they can't provide that, they don't deserve your business.
