I requested nicely for a person of smaller build come to my home because I was afraid of my floor falling into the basement, and they sent a man weighing about 500 lbs. I said nothing but thought about my conversation with the female receptionist about not sending someone who might cause more damage to my bathroom floor or toilet. The man walked into my house sits on my toilet, then goes to my basement, comes back upstairs and sits on my toilet again. I asked him if he fixed it and he stated "yes". I said, "that was quick". I paid the bill; over $500 and tipped him $10. After he left I flushed my toilet and it was still clogged. Roto-Rooter never refunded my money. Dooley Plumbing came the same day and fixed the problem. Only charged me $300 and wouldn't take a tip.

Then decided to tell me that they are running behind. Could not give me an update to when. 1:54pm still nothing. Had to call Home Depot and ask what is going on. 2:59pm at my house with no heads up. Upset that no one is home now. Finally called me and I told them I will be back in 30 mins. They came inside and tried to tell me I needed all of these things. Told them I didn't need them and they said then we can't do the install. Ask the guy to leave and he did. The best part was he said it would take 6 hours to do the job and drain the old tank.
