He also was really good at responding to questions I had and we were able to plan the work a few weeks out very easily. Robert came a little late, but that was due to an emergency situation with a customer who had a busted pipe at the water meter. You gotta love a professional who cares about his customers, but other than that, he looked at the situation, went to the store to get what he needed and was done within 30 mins (it was very quick). We were really thankful that he also put in a shut off valve so we could turn off that pipe in the winter so it doesn't get cracked again. It really can't get much better, Rob's pricing was great, his communication was 1st class, his understanding and professionalism was all amazing and super helpful. They show up when they way, do what we need, do other things that are related to what we need but we didn't notice (often at no extra charge), at a very reasonable price.
