Since they had recently repaired electrical wiring for my home's septic pump and I was happy with their work, I requested an estimate. Instead of quoting a price out of thin air without any type of discussion, Johnny and Mike asked questions, took a look at the prospective jobs, provided their input with reasons, and explained the different costs that led to the final estimate. I hired them, and they were at my house this morning-- within a week of providing a quote. Johnny and Mike did not disappoint in terms of timeliness, communication, respectfulness, work experience, troubleshooting, efficiency, cleaning up afterward, and fair pricing (I chose this co. for the same reasons last time). If you're looking for a plumbing company with integrity, years of experience, and need an estimate, give them a call. I TRUST this company with my home's plumbing and septic needs.

We had a cracked pipe from winter cold that connected to one of our outside spigots. Rob, knew the situation and what we were asking for (I use very laymen terms) gave a quote and kept that quote. He also was really good at responding to questions I had and we were able to plan the work a few weeks out very easily. Robert came a little late, but that was due to an emergency situation with a customer who had a busted pipe at the water meter. You gotta love a professional who cares about his customers, but other than that, he looked at the situation, went to the store to get what he needed and was done within 30 mins (it was very quick). We were really thankful that he also put in a shut off valve so we could turn off that pipe in the winter so it doesn't get cracked again. It really can't get much better, Rob's pricing was great, his communication was 1st class, his understanding and professionalism was all amazing and super helpful.
