Heath was here to the end working all my technical issues on a custom copper sink. Very clean install. Super work and super friendly. Oh and did I mention the new water softener? Sweet! read more

Workmanship is great, but the price was insane. Over $2k to replace maybe ~5ft of 3in PVC. Anyone can see that the materials for this job are easily maybe $100 at the local hardware store. That's well over $600/hr for labor. read more

I burnt up my garbage disposal. I called for a repair, very friendly people. Very considerate of my home, shoe protectors and blankets on the floor. They gave me the quote for replacing with the same type disposal. Since they were here I said go ahead. The cost is my only complaint, $701. I learned 2 lessons today ask the cost before they come out and don't put onions peels in the disposal! read more

Absolute professional, super quick well pump swap. Thorough explanation of what was done and a very friendly person. I will not hesitate to call Deans again. read more

I had them come out and replace a hose bib, a shower cartridge and asked about my toilet that was clogging a little too frequently for which they recommended a new toilet with wider piping. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and I signed and paid for it and yes I saw the prices before I agreed to the work, but I should have looked closer based on what he initially told me. Ryan initially told me that the shower cartridge would be about $300 and the toilet about $800, but they ended up being $396 and $948. $350 labor to replace a $50 hose bib. $350 for the half hour install labor on the shower cartridge and ~$500 to install the toilet all seem rather excessive. They don't itemized costs for any of these things so I don't have specifics. Definitely going to shop around next time. read more

Ryan and Alex did an excellent job on my Toto bidet installation. Even gave some hints on use (but no demo, thanks!). They topped off the salt in my water softener as well. A quality job by quality technicians! read more

They do good work most of the time. That said their pricing is very high since they have become a major player in the area with multiple new vehicles and a new building. Its great they have become so prominent from a business standpoint...good for them... but the pricing. I called for a estimate recently and they wanted $100 to come out for a estimate for a simple plumbing job. They may also try a lot of up sale wanting to do add on items so be aware. read more

Heath did a great job of explaining the process and completed the work in a diligent manner. Price was a little higher than I thought.

Everything about Dean's is awesome, except the price. They're a bit high with their job-based pricing versus labor-based pricing. But making the appointment, time to get an appointment, service when they arrived, and friendliness, all top notch. Prices just high for fairly simple work. Now they've introduced this "Family Plan" subscription... Feels like a bit of a money grab. Not a fan of this. And I really like how one of the features of the Family Plan is the SAME level of warranty you get WITHOUT the family plan. Hey Dean's... fix this. This doesn't look good. read more

Start with fixing the problem... my grandparents called to have their main drain snaked out. Guy couldn't find the clean out... so they ran a camera. Never offered to snake the line said they had a section that needed "descaled" want to charge them an additional $250 ( on top of the $350 they charged for doing nothing ) read more

I called about a a tub spout replacement, and toilet running.small jobs, and they refused to give me any quotes over the phone. Sent out two big trucks with two plumbers.. tub would be 400, over $350 for a float in toilet.. wanted to replace toilets ( which are fine) extremely overpriced, cost me 90$ for service call.. do not use this company! Tub spout was screw on.. cost $30 To replace! read more

Awesome !!! I am recalling an experience two or so years ago. They do not overcharge and are prompt.

Levi checked our hot water heater and let us know our options. Since it was 21 years old, we decided to replace it. He did an excellent job, and kept us informed throughout his work. A great plumber and a very nice man. 5 stars for Dean's. read more

Not transparent with regard to labor and parts, not knowledgeable about doing simple plumbing work and will not honor promised "additional" discounts due to their inability to complete their own work. I Received an excessively large initial quote at time of their first visit to finish previous work they started a few years ago (connect a Gas line they installed under concrete to a fire pit I purchased later). I requested an itemized invoice but was told "they don't do that". I was skeptical that it should cost $1K to complete the work. They quickly reassessed and cut it in half (that was good...but why they came to that conclusion so quickly makes me question the initial quote). There were 2 failed attempts and thus rescheduling, to complete work. Prior to the 3rd attempt, the supervisor called me and promised it would work the next time and voluntarily offered another "deep" discount for all our troubles. 3 days after it was finally completed, I recieve and invoice with $25 off. I called about it and learned that the supervisor "does not work for them anymore". This must have happened within 1 week. Now, the individual I had to deal with will not recognize that $25 is "not" a deep discount. She just kept referring to the mark down from the over-inflated original cost as the "deep discount". All in all, this company is very shady and I will not refer them to anyone looking for Plumbing work. They do not seem to know what they are doing, (the actual work required or when quoting cost of work), nor being transparent about their costs. I have no choice in this matter because a member on their team no longer works for them and it is likely considered "heresay". I do finding it interesting that the member very recently no longer works for them. It would be nice though that they would at least acknowledge that he made concessions to current clientele and uphold them. read more

Outstanding service. Matt our service tech was the best. Very personable and knowledgeable. I will always use Dean's in the future. Honorable Bob Doyle read more

I've use this company for close to a decade and always had good luck until recently. The water heater they installed in my home 8 years ago for $2k recently went out, so they came to install a new one that is the same type. This time though they charged over $5,600. I found the water heater they installed costs around $2k and the plumbers were onsite 3 hours. I came to the logical conclusion they ripped me off. I don't recommend using this company. read more

Very polite and professional office staff. The plumber was very well mannered, professional, knowledgeable. I appreciated that he wore foot coverings. He was on time, worked diligently, and there was no mess. read more

They are more expensive than other plumbers that Ive hired. I called days ahead and told them about the jobs I needed done. They underestimated the manpower needed to do one of the jobs so they couldn't work on the original scheduled day. They did keep the work area clean but they never did fix my toilet. read more

Had some water damage a few months ago. Called Dean's Plumbing, couple guys came out, didn't even use a tool, but determined it was my A/C unit and I should call a heating and AC company. But made sure to charge me for that service. It was under $100 but their office was very unprofessional on the phone when I asked what I was paying for. Not someone I'd call again. read more

Horrible company they over charged double than what a other plumber would charge didn't even fix the problem incompetent people that just wants your money dont care about the customer at all and won't admit they screwed up read more

I've worked with them twice now. They are quick, professional, and priced comparable to what I'd expect for the services provided. They worked with me over the phone for a rental property. Noah, and team, did a great job and quicker than expected. Very professional with great results.

Dean did an excellent job for us. He came in an emergency and was awesome. Fixed problem and even checked back with us next day Great guy

I really cannot say enough about this company. They have angels as secretaries, for sure! I spoke with a lady named Rose, most recently, and she was truly a godsend. Every thing was going wrong in my life at the time and our schedules just couldn't work out the way we would have liked, but she did everything she could to get my problem handled as soon as possible. She really took the time to listen and showed empathy and patience while we sorted out our calendars to make an appointment work. When the tech showed up he was very educated in his field, polite and well mannered. I couldn't have been happier. The thing that really touched me was the follow up card I received over the weekend. God bless this company! You matter to people like me and I will definitely refer anyone I can to you guys. Thanks for treating a customer like they matter! More companies need to follow your lead :) read more

Kevin from Dean's Plumbing was great! Working with the public all the time I understand how difficult that can be. We pointed Kevin in the wrong direction and took up more of his time than we should have however he pushed through figured everything out and maintained a friendly and professional attitude the whole time! The bill was very reasonable as well! read more

My first experience with Dean's Plumbing was a winner! From Pam, who answered the phone, through Kevin and Mark - connecting my water softener and getting it going. They were on time, professional - and fixed my problem - I now have softened water (that I can drink!). They took a step by step way of addressing my problem - and charged a fair price. These guys are now my "go to" plumbing solution - thanks, Dean's - for the great service! read more

Looks like I should've got Kevin I got Matthew o mara to install a water heater and a gas line to a ventless gas fireplace he showed up at 9:30 I showed him where the water heater was and we talked about running the gas line over to the firebox at 10:30 that's not started working yet said they had to go get parts came back and hour later installed The water heater was done around 12:30 said they would have to come back another day to install the gas line my wife paid him in full that day signed a invoice for The full amount. How ever he did not leave me a receipt but found out later why. Well they never came back and he told his employer that he did the work they said they had pictures I asked them to send them to me but They would NOT couple days later I got a call threatening to put a lien on my house now I haven't even seen an invoice a Bill or anything. I told them I would gladly pay them the rest of the money if they could meet me at the property address and just show me what they did so I know what I'm paying for they would not threaten with an attorney Grace is the lady I talk to read more

This is the 2nd time I've worked with Dean's and they were terrific. I had a leak in a rental property and was called at 5:30 am. I called and left a message, as it wasn't an emergency at that point, and received a call back by 7:30 am. They were out to the house in no time and I had a text by 9:53 stating the job was complete. I hope to use Dean's for all future needs; I highly recommend them! read more

I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. From the receptionist (I think her name is Pam) to the plumber Kevin I was treated with respect and not like we were an inconvenience to them. Very reasonable prices. Nice to know that there is a company that cares about their customers. Thanks Dean's Plumbing for taking good care of us, you now have a customer for life. read more

Nice folks and good customer service but we were a bit disappointed in the work performed. They cut a hole in our garage ceiling dry wall to look at the pipes. After resolving the plumbing issue to their best ability, they left the hole and the dry wall mess they made in the garage. The dry wall was poorly cut into multiple little pieces and it has not been a simple fix without purchasing additional material. For the price paid, five-star service would have included a little better clean-up and closing lose-ends at the conclusion of the work. read more

I had them out. My bath tub drain was "cleaned out" with an eel. Within a week, I experienced the same issue. No help in fixing my issue and didn't seem to care. Happy to come back out and charge me another $100. No thank you. read more

We've had Deans at our home before and they were timely, friendly, knowledgeable. We recently called for another visit and they gave us a possible fix over the phone which might save time and money. They are nice, polite and seem to be good at what they do. My concern is that they wanted $100 for everything I needed them to do! I wanted a kitchen faucet installed, bathroom faucet installed, relocation of shutoff valve for kitchen faucet moved 8", a slow drain cleared, a vacuum breaker changed in an outdoor spigot, a frost-free nut replaced in a garage spigot - $100+$100+$100+$100+$100+$100 =$600 (plus $60 service call)! Seems a bit expensive for what it is, 2 hours work !! I really wanted to feel I got good value but I cannot say that - I need a hot water heater, sump pump, leak in basement and a water line brought from the road, probably $20k worth of work, I cannot imagine what Dean's would even charge me.... read more
