Unfortunately, the first appointment was canceled at the last minute, and the second appointment couldn't be completed because the new heat exchanger arrived damaged, necessitating a reorder. Additionally, I was overcharged for cleaning the blower, which wasn't performed due to the heat exchanger issue. I'm still awaiting a refund and am uncertain about when the furnace repairs will be finished. This situation could have been managed more effectively, and I hope everything gets resolved soon. The tech 'forgot' to check the drain hose and had to come back out to repair it within hours. Only days later, we had to call them back out because it ceased to cool during one of the hottest days of the year. After sending multiple technicians, it was determined that all the coolant had leaked out because of an improper flange installation on the outside unit. The next issue was a faulty flange on the inside unit which, again, leaked coolant. After that repair, it still has failed to work, this time when we tried to heat the room during the recent cold spells. Same story, no coolant, only this time supposedly a manufacturing defect. After six months of this, I'm still waiting for some kind of resolution. After weeks of inquiries as to the status of the repairs/replacement, I can't get them to return my phone calls despite repeated promises to do so.

I bought a house and, within about a month, I was having major draining issues. My home warranty company sent out a plumbing company who snaked it, hit something hard, and recommended I call out a company who had a camera snake. The second company hit the same spot and I was once again told it was probably a pipe break and I was given a list of other people to call to fix it, Korrect being one of them. Korrect was also the first company recommended to me by other people I talked to at that point. Logan was so polite, so efficient with his time, and so clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing that I was immediately put at ease. What the other companies led to believe was a potentially highly-expensive pipe issue in an older home was ultimately just a boring, fixable clog. Unlike the first two companies, he actually found the cleanout. He got the clog cleared. He fixed a couple of things that weren't ideal on my toilet. The price was absolutely appropriate. When I asked why he could figure it all out and fix it and the others couldn't, he didn't trash the competitors. He praised his own company and their training program and requirements instead. No one goes out on a job alone until they've been extensively trained with a more experienced plumber. They take pride in their work, stand by their work (six-month warranty for my situation), and give excellent customer service. I've talked to a couple of different people in their office and they were all absolutely wonderful and helpful as well. I've already recommended them to my aunt, my mom's friend, and my coworkers. I do a crazy, excited wave whenever I see one of their vans out and about now. I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you for being fantastic at what you do, Korrect! We have used them for at least 15 years and every time they came out to fix a variety of plumbing or water problems they always knew exactly what they were doing and how to get it fixed right. We have dealt with probably a dozen different technicians from them over the last approximately two decades And often see the same technician, but even when it is a new technician, they know how to handle the problem. They have always done extremely good work, our friendly and more than willing to discuss what they are doing and how it fixes the problem, and they keep an eye out for anything they see that was done wrong so it doesn't become a problem. We cannot recommend them highly enough. If you have a problem that has to do with water, these guys know how to fix it! read more

Book a steam cleaner in advance. It was raining and they schlocked water in from the outside, taking no care to put down any drop cloth(s). Also no drop clothes leading back out from the finished, carpeted, basement. They schlocked water leaking out of old water heater taking it out, as well. They could have set the old water heater on a small tarp. They tracked in and out several times for tools and parts with water and dirt from the basement and outside. For the price, they can afford to take 2 minutes to put down a few drop clothes. They do however do quality work. read more

We discovered early on a…read moreSaturday morning that there was "no hot water", Looking for the cause, we found that the hot water tank had ruptured, flooding the basement level of our building. We tried contacting the large plumbing firms that we have used in the past, but found that no immediate emergency service was available from either of them. Searching the BBB website for positive-rated firms, we found Integrity Plumbing. Then we consulted YELP, where we found a number of positive reviews from very satisfied customers. We called Integrity, and ther people arrived within 30 minutes of our call. They temporarily restored our cold water service, isolating the hot-water lines. As they were able to return on Monday to restore our hot water service, we decided to use them for the additional work. . We selected the model of a new tank, and they began installation of that replacement unit at 8:00 AM the following Monday morning. (They are closed on Sundays). Installation was completed before noon on Monday. Their work was "first rate", there personnel were friendly, intelligent, and professional. Not only were their prices "very reasonable", they even "credited our final bill" by the entire dollar amount that we had paid for Saturday's emergency service call. Finley even asked Joe several times if he was getting too hot outside. When Joe had a question, Finley would answer it respectfully. He never seemed bothered or in a hurry but genuinely waned to help. I don't think I would ever see this level of respect in another company. Finley and Joe did a fantastic job on the installation. They were very efficient and organized. They cleaned up the worksite and even made sure that the fence was closed for my dogs. Purchasing a new HVAC system and having strangers in my home that are sawing into my roof could have been so much more stressful than what it was. I cannot thank Mike, Finley and Joe for a seamless and stress-free experience. I will be a customer for life.

TT HVAC Repair offered an affordable significantly lower house call and diagnosis fee. With the repair, the total cost was lower than most other company's house call fee.
