Honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced. We needed a whole new HVAC system. Not only is their pricing the best I found but this company went above and beyond to make this stressful situation EASY, FAST, and WORRY FREE. It's cold out and our system finally was beyond repair. On a Sunday night I went to their website and it was really easy to schedule an appointment to have someone come out the very next day. I received a call from them 30 minutes later from somebody in scheduling, I assume to make sure the right person comes out to meet my needs. The lady was so sweet and so patient and confirmed my appointment for the very next day. They give you a few hour window and I was impressed because I was still able to have a life that day (unlike other companies with their 8 hour arrival window). That next morning, I received a text message with a picture of the person that was going to be coming to my door and a little bit about him and how long he had worked for the company. I don't know about you, but it's important to me to have a sales person that actually knows what they're talking about. I instantly felt more comfortable having a stranger in my home. THEN I got a phone call from their sales representative that was coming out to confirm the scheduled time still works for me and to introduce himself. When he was on his way, he let me know when his GPS said he would arrive in a video message, which was perfect because I was able to make sure I let my dog out and wasn't doing something else when the knock on the door came. Once he arrived, he was very nice and professional. I told him our situation and showed him around. I felt like I was actually listened to! He explained things I didn't understand in a way I could understand and then went and looked at our units to make sure I needed the system replaced and not just repaired. I didn't feel like he had Commission breath and it seemed as if he actually cared for our situation. Unlike any of the other companies that came out. Paperwork was super easy. He told me exactly what to expect when the installers arrive (which was the very next day might I add)! The installers were on time, extremely nice, worked efficiently, and cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they even came out. The installers were just as great as the rep when it came to explaining everything I needed to know and walked me through how to use my new thermostat. I will be using this company for all my hvac, plumbing, and electrical needs for here on out! I'm so happy and impressed with everything that took place. read more

While the technician was very nice I think this company practices a very deceptive business process. It was $99 for the to just show up. Not fo anything just to show up. It was then an additional $389 to investigate the issue for an hour. If they can't figure it out in an hour I'm still expected to pay the $500 effectively for nothing. It is one thing for that practice but the language they use on the initial call is how it becomes deceptive and they purposely use that language which I was able to figure out by what the tech said. On the phone they said it's $99 to make a call but it may incur additional costs. They made no mention of the $389 even though that is a standard price to investigate as stated by the tech. How I was able to figure it out is the tech specifically said I don't know what "language" they used on the phone but this is the price to investigate. I said so I have to pay you 99 to show up and 389 to investigate the issue. He confirmed and then added that if he can't figure it out after an hour they want him to go another direction. I then asked so I could pay you 500 and still end up with nothing more than what I already know? To which he replied yes. This is a deceptive business practice. They know exactly what they're doing and that most people will find out the 389 investigation after the tech shows up and will turn them away but still pay the 99 without question bc that's the fee to show up. The tech also had a sheet in his hand to sell you a monthly subscription for services. This place sounds more like one of those shady home warranty companies. Stay away! read more

After a bit of background work, I accepted a suggestion. The installers arrived within hours (Brant and Brett) and professionally installed the superb system. They were knowledgeable, professional, and personable. The price I paid for what I got was 4 grand cheaper than the next best offer I got and was much more bang for the buck. Dylan arrived to work on my AC and was done in about an hour and a half. He changed burnt out fuses, cleaned the condenser coil and replaced the capacitor. He also discussed recommendations for new equipment and financing. At no time did I feel pressured nor did he lose his professionalism.
